RE: Hi Norma!
ok in all fairness ill make a note of Robert w witt second wife on his memorial..but I can not link her until the double memorial of Robert w. witt in mcclenan county is removed! that is findagraves rule not mine.. its keeping with there policy and in this instance I agree with it!
It well get worked out..send a message to the person managing the memorial for Robert in mcclenan county and explain to her what it is and go from there!

Hi Norma!
The thing is which Robert Wesley Witt is your relative to link his second wife! the one buried in moffett bell county is the son of silas and his tombstone picture is evident. then there is the Robert Wesley witt in moody mcclenan county which is obviously a double memorial a dube as they call them and should be removed! I started to link mary taylor the suppose second wife and thought no I need proof before I proceed..good thing I did because I don't pertake in linking double memorials! Sorry!

Dawn Bingaman
Teghtmeyer-Treaty Cemetery
Hello, and thank you for posting the information and images for Mary Jane (Nickle) Teghtmeyer, buried in Treaty Cemetery, Wabash Co., Indiana. You have posted a cropped image of her with an infant daughter, Orilla, who later married into the Bingaman family. I am wondering if have the larger photo from which this image was cropped, and if so, if you would be willing to share it with me.

Orilla Teghtmeyer married C. H. Bingaman in Franklin Co., Kansas.

Thank you,
Dawn Bingaman

Nolan Irvin
Isaac Witt
Hi Norma,
I don't know how I managed to tie Isaac to C. H. Witt's second wife, Nancy Page. Thanks for catching
that error. I have linked Isaac to his parents. Check out the site to see if you find any more errors.
I too am related to the Witt Family - My line from Caleb Witt is Pleasant Allred Witt, James Cannon
Witt (referred to as William in an affidavit of heir ship in Williamson Co. TX) Rebecca Anna Witt who
married my great grandfather, George Washington Irvin in Tennessee on their way to Texas, Thomas
Jefferson Irvin, George Washington Irvin Jr., who was my father. We will be driving from Houston, TX.
to Gatlinburg next month. Probably will not do any genealogy while there. I have never put my genealogy
work on the net.

RE: Agnes Eudora Davis Vernon
I made this from Texas sandstone, it made me sad to know that her husband never had a marker made for her gravesite. It isn't much, but at least it shows that she lived. The daughter of Gladys Hash Reynolds.

I re-thought your question. Charley and Arthur where born about 1-2 years apart and with them all dieing in 1895,the only thing I can think of is they could have died from the influenza or some other! Iam going to correct Arthur's memorial to reflect his age when he died according to the cemetery book even though it states he was born the same day he died..because also states he is a year and 5 months old. Here is a link to the cemetery record book! Sorry I cant be more help then that!

Hi Norma!
Good to hear from you! Iam related to the Witts too! Sometimes things does not have a explanation..I figured and this is just a guess that Lucy gave birth to Charlie and died from giving birth, then two months later poor Charlie died himself! The death dates are on the tombstones and Although sometimes death records don't match Tombstones..in this case it does! Chat soon! Oh my email is lilybee2@gmail.com

RE: Permelia Fannie Herod Capps
I think that the Fannie Capps in the Capps cemetery might be her daughter. What do you think? Born 31 Sep 1881 Died 12 Apr 1884. I have no documentation, just seems highly probable. Any ideas on how would I find out?
