Rest in God
Clough Cemetery - Neeson
I was just wondering if you took any photographs of the headstones at this cemetery. I am interested in the Neeson, Burns, Elliot. Thank you.

N. Charlesworth
Clough Cemetery
Dear Anne:

I visited this cemetery in 2004 during my visit to Northern Ireland. It is located near Cloughmills where my cousins live. I also have taken several photos of the tombstones there. Many of my relatives and ancestors are buried there. The cemetery which is called Clough Cemetery is located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, not county Down. Is there another cemetery in County Down with the same name?

RE: Scans
Hello Anne,

Wow! I was just about to send her a note. Thank you. I have just posted my email contact info for you.
Now that I'm seeing so many Vowles are at West Richfield, I'd bet there are 2 Levi Vowles' buried there as well. One is grand uncle to the other. The older Levi is brother to William Vowles, George's father.

I forgot to also tell you that Donald D. is also a cousin. I'm not sure who Eileen is...she must be his wife? I didn't know about her. If you have information on them as well, that would be amazing. Thank you!

RE: Vowles
I see than a Marlene Black posted image for George W. Vowles. I will write her to see if she can tell us where she was able to locate the headstone. Very curious.

Deforest Vowles and his wife Anna are an uncle and aunt to me.
Emma E. Kregenow is also an aunt. Her maiden name is Scobie.
Joseph and Mary are cousins to me. I haven't learned about John T. Barrett yet, but if he is buried with Joseph and Mary, he is somehow connected.

If you have copies of the cemetery plot cards, including cause of death and also some scans of the cemetery showing where they are, it would be incredible to get copies of that information. It would be cheaper to scan and email if you would like to do that. Please let me know.

Thank you for your research. Much appreciated!

RE: Ema Scobie Kregenow
Hello and thank you for the response!

I'm sorry for the confusion on my part. Emma, who was married to Elmer, was the granddaughter to George William Vowles and Emma Harvey. You are correct about the dates of the younger Emma. I got the 2 Emma's mixed up when I made my comments.

George is supposed to be located at this cemetery, so I'm hoping to locate:
George's father William Abt 1805-Aft 1870
mother, Ann: Abt 1804-Aft 1870
and g grandfather, George: Abt 1789-unk death
That would be fantastic!

Thanks again!
