Old Lancaster Burial Ground
I have pursued your photo requests. The Old Lancaster Burial Ground no longer exists as a cemetery. Many of the people interred there were moved to Forest Rose Cemetery or Elmwood Cemetery. Some families relocated loved ones' remains to other cemeteries in and out of state. Unfortunately, I am unable to verify that your relative was re-interred at Forest Rose or at Elmwood using cemetery readings of the Fairfield County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society. Please contact FCCOGS at for more information.

Thank you for taking the time to look for Rosina and Theresa. I believe, though I have no proof, that Rosina Jurijaczek is the mother of Theresa Lechleitner and Katharina Harsch, which would make Rosina my GGG-grandma. Thanks, Dana Lesniak

That's him alright. During the search, I didn't type in his middle initial; but that memorial didn't come up...just yours again; even though, it still should have shown up.
Oh well, thanks for your interest.
Take care,

Rev Paul Reinert
I searched again, and your memorial for him is the only one I see; so don't delete looks like the only one.
Also, I would like to expand his bio to the full one, or put a link or reference to it.

Old City Burial Ground (OH)
The old City (Lancaster) Burial Ground/Old Methodist Cemetery no longer exists. In 1907, the remains were to be moved. Many were moved to Elmwood or Forest Rose Cemeteries in Lancaster. Contact the Fairfield County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogy Society for more information.

She's in Hillsboro Memorial Cemetery. Her husband can be found here:

Or search for William Cooper and Florida.

I can't figure out where I got those dates. He's probably the one you're looking for and the birth year is wrong. I just checked a Phelps County burials list that I don't normally use, and it shows his year of death as 1910. I don't know how they came up with that. It doesn't list a birth year but it mentions that his wife was Anna and she is buried in St. Louis. I've checked all of the death/burial/obit resources I know of and I can't find any other mention of him.

You can make a closer photo if you like but, you do know that if you click on the picture it enlarges it, right?

What a small world it is. Bob worked with my twin brother at the University City Fire Department. They both were extremely devout Catholics and attended mass at the same neighborhood church which was Christ the King. Bob adored my twin brother Thomas who died at the age of 26 after being hurt on the job at a fire in U. City. Bob was a great guy and a dear friend.

RE: Dorothy Cooper
You are very welcome. None of the memorials I have put on FG in Wright, Texas or Douglass County are my family. An of your family I have put on, just send a request and I will transfer.

Your photo of Frank Schimpf's Grave.
Katie, thank you for your efforts. How were you able to locate Frank's grave? Do you have a plot location? I am a fellow Find A Grave volunteer photographer and was trying to "reunite" a family group interred at Bellerive in Creve Coeur that only lacked the father.
Thanks again,

Pennhurst Memorial Cemetery
Katie, I was just wondering if you have been to the Pennhurst Memorial Cemetery in East Vincent, Chester County, Pennsylvania?
If so, on a TV program I noticed headstones, vs the metal plate markers. Did you notice any such graves?
Thanks for your markers!
