Hi Penny: Have been working on family history. I use Findagrave a lot. Thank you so much for all the important work you do. You have a typo on the birthdate of Arla. It should be 1889 not 1899. The year 1889 is on the headstone. Thank you so much. Arla was the first husband of my great Aunt Florence Lorena Kester. They were only married a year. Have a great day.

Penny,

Thank you so much for the transfer! My dad told me about her parents a long time ago... Dad knew so much of our family, and most of them did even know him... But his dad (my grandpa) talked to him about the family and dad passed it all down to us.
Because of dad, I started looking for everyone and have been doing it for over 20 years!!

THANK YOU!!!!!

Katie

John Greer (1826-1907)
Hi Penny, thank you so much for posting gravestones from Fort Wayne, Indiana! They are so helpful. Just wondering where you got the information that John Greer (1826-1907) was born in Philadelphia? I'd love to confirm this as it would really help us extend the Greer line if we knew for sure where he was born.

!st thank you for recording so many graves. Tis a very good thing you are doing. 2nd I was at Thomas' site in 2014 and the obit was not in place. It is a work of love. I was wondering who wrote it. I write some of my families obituaries and know there is a beautiful heart behind this one.

My great-great grandmother was Elizabeth Ray and I am trying to get some of the Rays connected to parents and spouses on find-a- grave. Thomas would be a first cousin (according to ancestry), 3X removed

Penny, I saw your posting of Francis R. Baughman Find A Grave #58717906. He had a sister named Mary Jane Baughman who married a Southworth and later a Hinkley. Do you have any information on her as to her place and date of death? Any information would be appreciated. I descend from the Baughman line through Henry Baughman Sr and Anna Margaret Sager. I look forward to your reply. Colleen

This Find A Grave# is one that belongs to my brother, Michael E Mathews. Would you please transfer the management of this memorial to me? My Find A Grave# is 47973088; my name is Sharon Mathews Robinson. I would be ever so thankful! I, do, respect and honor the diligence that people like yourself devote ... to the research and time of locating the grave-sites of ancestors of genealogy seekers. Thankfully, SMR
