Cora and Samuel Coulthard
Hi Mike,
Your information re: Cora and Samuel Coulthard has been updated. Thank You so much for sharing the information and filling in gaps. I have been intermittently cataloging the cemetery at Knights Ferry, and often times have very little information to work with. If there is anyone else you'd like me to make adjustments to I would be most happy to do so.
All the best

Adm. Thomas Combs #50263124
Mike, I found a copy of Adm. Combs Obit from 1965 in my aunt's records. I would like to add it to the memorial, however, it is quite lengthy. What would be your suggestion to do this. I could type it up and attach to email or transfer the memorial to me and I will update and make connections to his family since they are all local to me? Let me know, thanks Helen

Capt Joseph H. Kimpler
Thanks for the super update on Joe. His paternal grandparents emigrated Thelenbitze, Oberpleis, Rheinland, Preußen. They are my gg-grandparents, so Joe is my 1st cousin twice removed. His DOD is posted on the LDS site (IGI).

As for, they stole/plagiarized me and my cousin's ancestry research for the Kimplers and several other ancestors of ours. That 'bought & paid for' research covered professional research expenses both in America and abroad. It ticks me that they profited from this theft by having people 'pay to join'. They also get away with NOT having to cite 'their' source materials. I gave up on that greedy outfit an awfully long ago. They DO post more dis-information than they do for true facts. They do not conform to the 72-year rule when they allow photographs of living persons onsite. Finally, they ticked me off big time by continually listing all survivors, posted in obituaries, as being dead.

I'm sorry to vent on you like this, Mike. But please take my advice and BEWARE of what you think you see and wish to use on that webite. Most of the time, it is free elsewhere...

Again Mike, thanks for heads up by updating me and records.
My best regards, -L

Hi Mike: You're welcome. A couple of us are taking photos at this very large cemetery (80,000+ graves) because they refuse to give findagrave volunteers any information to fulfill requests. We have added about 10,000 memorials and photos over the last 4 1/2 months and hope to add more this year. Chris

Thank you for locating the burial and posting the memorial for R.R. McCormack. I have just added a portrait of him, in uniform, with more information inside if you click on the portrait, if you would like to read it. I am not related to him, and do not need a transfer.

Best regards,
