Please keep my family in your prayers following the loss of my uncle Franklin Rogers, who passed away yesterday from cancer. If you have time I would appreciate virtual flowers for his Find A Grave memorial 128627148. I am very blessed to have my friends on this site. Thank you,

I don't know who you are, but after years of searching, I finally found where my grandpa is buried at. Thank you so much for the memorial you left on his page (the flowers). I'm planning to visit his gravesite when I visit Michigan this summer...I think it'll make my dad thrilled, as he doesn't know where exactly my grandpa is buried at (we didn't find out he had passed until a few years after it happened). His name was Dorwin Bonham, and he's buried in Riverside Cemetery in Germfask, Michigan. Again, thank you for the memorial. It means a lot to me.

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one entombed there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

RE: Kehmptzows
Henrietta was born in 1900 and probably died in 1904 or before that.

Name: Henrietta Kehmptzorr
Birth Date: 19 Sep 1900
Birth Place: New York, New York
Certificate Number: 18655

I believe she died before in New York, before they moved to Michigan, but I'd love to find it online for free if possible.

RE: Hi!
You mentioned another baby we didn't know about. Who's? Are you talking about Frederich & Mary O'Reilly's? I did find out there was a younger daughter Henrietta, who died between 2 and 4 yrs. old. I found a birth certificate for her a couple years ago. I just saw that you left a comment on it, asking for info. I DID have the info from, but I see you can't open it now, because they must have sold their rights to ALOT of info. You CAN buy the cerfificate though. Maybe I will after the holidays. When I told my Mom about it (she's Frederich & Mary's granddaughter through Mary Rose), it stirred a memory she had of a picture that was in her grandma's room (Mary O'Reilly-Kehmtzow's / she had come to Ohio to live with them after grandpa Frederich died). It was a portrait of a little toddler girl. When asked about it, Grandma Mary Kehmpzow told her about her youngest daughter, Henrietta that died when she was just little.
I'd love to see the pic of the tray. If you remember, our other cousin Janet by Martha Kehmptzow (Frederich & Mary's other daughter) lives in Portland, OR and she and I have shared a great deal of family info.

RE: Florence Monear
I took a few additional "Aylward" cemetery photos and would be happy to transfer the Find A Grave memorial's to you. I added Edward Sr & wife Mae, and Edward Jr & wife Marguerite. Also, there was a gravestone for "Ane L. Aylward Wiehle Oct 4, 1941" with no DOD. I didn't upload this photo, but have it if you want it, I wasn't sure if she was still living or not.

You're welcome. I'm glad you found the picture.

Nadene and Diane Torres

I'm have no idea if the Torres surname has any relation to you, or if the information you posted is from other sources for a family unrelated. But I just want to tell you I've posted a photo of the headstone I took today in case they were members of your family line. It's not a great picture, the weather was dreary today, but I will take another to see if I can post a more clear and detailed photo.

RE: Mary F Kehmptzow
Ah, It's you Emily! It's been awhile since we corresponded. You sent me pics of the Kehmptzow chalice. I remember you'd just moved and couldn't find the tray(?). I thought I'd found another Kemptzow relative. (NOT an easy thing to do) LOL
Hope you are well! I just sent in my Mom's DNA. Hoping I can find out some more about her line. I'll let you know if anything comes up in the Kehmptzow line. You DID see the artwork of my 3rd (your 4th) great grandfather Joachim Christian (Friedrich) Kehmptzow that was sent over by our mutual cousin Uwe Holst, didn't you?

I saw your pic of Mary F Kehmptzow and added a couple pics of my own. Are you related to her? She is my great grandmother on my Mom's side. She lived with them until she died. Look forward to hearing from you.

As noted, the grave was up in Frederick at Oakwood Cemetery, not at Elmwood in Grayling.

no, no relation to me. (I'm transferring this one to you since it's your relative & I'm quite sure you can do his memorial much more justice than I can.)
