Mitzi Butler
Hoffman @ West Aurora Cemetery
Hi Lisa,
I cannot thank you enough for the research work you and Jan have done on our Hoffman family located in West Aurora Cemetery.Because of this we were able to solve some "family mysteries" and also learn about two little babies we did not know existed.
You and Jan are appreciated so much by the family of Frieda and William Hoffman.

I was able to figure out the GPS coordinates for the four graves and have submitted them to each of the four memorials as additions.

Thanks again,
Mitzi & Nancy

Harry Bertram Bell & wife of 50 years Jennie
Thank you so very much for your Illinois work on Harry Bertram Bell, #74609878. Findagrave just transferred his memorial to me today, and I have tried to add some of my notes/info there. Hope this helps you in some small way! Thx! Findagrave seems to have deleted some of my early very old newspaper clippings which I had posted over the past 4 years on the Bell/Tuelle/Price/Pape line so if you begin reading to a reference which doesn't seem to be there anymore, that is why...

Mother of Elizabeth Kremer Winn
Dear Lisa,
Memorial 75415095 for Elizabeth Kremer Winn has a note about her mother's death: Mary Draudt Kremer "possibly died 7 July 1920." Do you have a source for her death date? Mary Kremer is listed in the 17 January 1920 census as a widow living with her son Nicholas Kremer, but I cannot find her after that date, so a death date of 7 July 1920 is reasonable.
Hope to hear from you.
With kind regards,

RE: Blanche Thiess #73840939
Dear Lisa:
Thanks for your inquiry about Blanche Rispin Thiess (1887-1949), wife of Henry Thiess (1885-1971). I don't have any definitive information on the exact date of her death. The one family tree currently on about this says that she died on June 21, 1949 in Montgomery, Kane County, Illinois & was buried in Riverside Cemetery there on June 27, 1949. All sources I've seen do indicate she died in Kane County, Illinois & was buried in Riverside Cemetery there all in June, 1949. Minor variations in dates are usually due to difference between the time of the actual death of the person & the time of her actually being pronounced dead by a physician with a death certificate being filled out. These particular folks are relatively remotely related to Dorothy Anna Thiess (1878-1954), wife of my father's uncle, Frank Hugo Bernhard (1875-1933). So I haven't really studied that wing of the family in any detail, just copying whatever seems relevant & at least approximately correct on the internet. So, regrettably, I can't really help you in getting more precise detail on the death & burial of Blanche Rispin Thiess. Sincerely, RHB

I wish to thank you for all the family information you posted about the Mostow family. They are related to me on the ERWIN side of my mother's family. The information was a great help in filling in the blanks that I may have not found through searching!

RE: Pattermans at Marywood
Thank. I always find it interresting to see what gets reported. Dorothy was actually born in Staebelow, Germany. Holldorf was her maiden name. She had three sons out of wedlock in Germany, John, Henry and Fred. I received a rather extensive genealogy from one of Fred's decendants several years ago.

I'm not sure why the headstone was never engraved with her date of death, unless she was actually buried elsewhere in the cemetery.
