The Dallas Library has a book called Old Cemeteries of Dallas County compiled by Willie Flowers Carlisle, Dallas 1948, R929.37642, C.2830 in both their Genealogy and Texas Collections.

This book is not currently available for purchase.

Pleasant Mound Public Cemetery
As far as I know the City of Dallas now takes care of the cemetery grounds but as far as placeing a marker I do not know who you would contact. Pleasant Mound Cemetery (across Scyene Road) has a office located on the grounds they may be able to help you. I will transfer these memorials to you if you like.

There is a book "Old Dallas Cemeteries" that list the information you ask about, including many of the unmarked graves from old sources. Pleasant Mound and Plesant Mound Public cemeteries are a few of my favorite cemeteries as I have family buried in both and I help take care of them when I was a teenager in the Boy Scouts.
