|Susanne D||Photo Request|
Hello, I'm a find a grave photo volunteer who lives near the Memorial Park Cemetery.in Skokie, IL. There is some confusion about photos at this cemetery, but when I contacted the cemetery, they said photos are allowed. However they will charge me $10 for more than one lookup. You can call the office and request one lookup. If you can post the location in the photo request I will attempt to get the photo for you. The number is 847-864-5061. Please don't email me with the location, because there are 180 open requests. Susanne D.

|Barbj||Request for Richard Etter|
Hi Jan-- I happen to notice you had sent in a request for the gravestone of my brother, Rich Etter (1945-2003). I happened to be in Covington this summer and there is no stone for him. His ashes are interred at the site where my father is buried (also Richard Etter, 1915-1967) alongside my mother. I notified my niece of the problem and I beleive she is planning to install a footstone for my bro in the fall. I do have a photo of my parents' stone in case you want that one temporarily. If so email me email@example.com

Glad I could help. I don't know why they had trouble finding him. I like a good challenge though. He was buried beside Irma Oda. I made a memorial for her and posted her pix also. If you would like the memorial transferred to you let me know and I will be more than happy to do that for you.

Jan, I clicked on the wrong memorial in Spring Grove's list. By the time I had realized what I had done, your contact info was gone! I was hoping you'd message me!
I'm so sorry that I goofed it up!

|Anne Cady||Charles Oda - Photo Request|
I haven't been able to find records of Charles Oda in Arlington National cemetery to get a picture for your request, but upon doing some research, it appears he was buried in Arlington Ohio (not Arlington VA). The actual cemetery, per his obit and death certificate, is Parish Cemetery, Arlington, Montgomery County, Ohio.
I've sent a note to the person who created the memorial asking her to verify her information and move the listing if she agrees. This will probably leave your request as an "orphan" so if you could remove the request first, that would be great.

Hi Jan, I saw these requests and I hope I can help you out with them. I live off 174th and Wolf Road. Unfortunately, we have a ton of snow on the ground so I will wait for an opportunity.

I got the photo of John's grave for you! There were a few other Erbs buried next to him. I will add them shortly.

Frank L. Erb
Richard S Lemen (Erb?)
I am not sure if he is an Erb. He shares a plot with Frank but his name is on the back side of the stone.

I went to the cemetary today and I ended up getting a picture of two Erbs but not John because I realized after I got there, I did not have my list with me. I only realized after I uploaded the pictures to John's page. I will add memorials for the two Erbs I have and transfer to you if you would like.
I will make another trip this week and get the right Erb for you.

Sorry - that message went through twice! I had a picture of Chester's stone because the widow of my great-aunt's son's brother-in-law married Chester Hauk after Glenna died. I imagine she (the second wife) is buried with her first husband, also there at Greenwood Cemetery.

Yes, I believe you have listed him in the wrong cemetery which was an easy mistake to make because the cemetery he's listed in now didn't have the complete and correct name. Find A Grave just fixed the cemetery name. If you go to Roger's page you can edit the burial information...

I noticed your photo request for Roger Craig at Arlington Cemetery...when this cemetery was entered, it should have been named Wheeling Township Arlington Heights Cemetery. I have had this corrected. Based on the location and the obituary, I believe the correct cemetery for your memorial and request would be at this cemetery which is truly called Arlington Cemetery: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=104549&CScn=arlington&CScntry=4&CSst=16& The main cemetery page here does have a phone number, I'm sure the cemetery office could tell you for sure. Hoping to help,
