RE: Emma Bell Litzenberg
I have found no further info on Emma B. ... found Ben and Wm living beside each other in Marion Township in 1900, their mother, Mary is living with Ellen Skipton in New London. If you look at that census Mary is the mother of 6 with 3 living...That would be William, Ben and Ellen...??? That don't make sense, I only have knowledge of 5 children.
Sorry I could not help more...Mo

RE: William Barton
I just now sent an invitation to my tree. Hope it works. I will start adding the Swan documentation to my tree from a different tree and then hopefully you can see it.

RE: William Barton
Hi Barbara,
If you have Ancestry, you can see everything that I have on the Bartons here. This link should take you to my tree, to William Barton who married Sarah Ann Swan---

Everyone on Ancestry shows a different father for William Barton who married Sarah Ann Swan. They show as father of this William, the William Barton who was brother of Roberts Barton who I believe is the correct father. Confusing!! Well everything is on my tree. Be glad to explain anything if needed.

I have not done much with the Swans yet, but just discovered this tree with some interesting Swan documentation attached and photos.----

This Ancestry tree has some interesting Swan Bible records added just about a month ago.

If you do not have Ancestry, I think I could give you access to my tree by inviting you as a guest, using your email address. Let me know. Cashie

There is/are a tombstone(s) that has the information recorded on FindaGrave.
They were my first ones to submit, so I had not trained myself to take individual pictures. The stone is in good condition, but needs cleaning. It is several hundred yards off the county road and not easy to get to probably till spring. I will follow up if you like,, Jerry

Effretta Alpha Hall, #16465830
Sorry but I have no information on Effretta's parents burial. Effretta and Scott Kerr's daughter Ada Lee married Maurice Nathan Ross. That make Ada the wife of my 3rd cousin 3 times removed. I'm researching the Ross line in Knox county. Blandensburg Cemetery was a nice little place; wished I'd been able to spend more time there, I live in Oregon.

RE: Hammerton tombstone pictures
You are welcome. Just FYI, they were taken in 2012 while trying to document the monuments.

RE: Boyd Family
Hi! I did not look for any McMillen/McMillan family members, and I do not recall seeing this name near the Boyd family. That being said, I have completed about 100 photo requests over this past weekend, so I do not remember everything that I saw.

This cemetery has an online website where you can submit requests for information. Link:

I hope that helps.

Shoot me an email sometime and I can send you the photos. Do you have ancestry. com? If so, you should take a look at my tree.

I would like to pick up your photo request but Sparkman Hillcrest (SH) will not provide burial locations to volunteers, citing privacy issues. Your cooperation is needed in order for requests to be filled. The volunteers will need you to call SH and request the location. Their phone number is 214-363-5401. Once you have the location, please add it to your request.
