Michael Henry Bollinger's father is shown as Kenneth Eldon Bollinger. However, Kenneth Bollinger was not born until 25 years AFTER Michael Henry Bollinger, and so could not be Michael's father.
I have a feeling this is just a transcription error somewhere along the line, and wanted to let you know about it.
Thank you for taking the time to work on these memorial pages; it is very much appreciated.

|Lexi||Phoebe Dean Wynn|
Martha and Phoebe are sisters. Joseph Richard Wynn was my grandfather. He was the first of our Wynn's born here after George and Phoebe immigrated. My Dad was Joseph Henry Wynn. I visited Ggm Phoebe's grave a few years back. I was told that there are 4 people buried in the two graves there. One of Dad's cousins said George, Phoebe, and she believed that Ggm Phoebe's parents John and Hannah (Johnson) Dean are buried together. Do you know if this is true? I have been trying to find info on Ggp Wynn for a long time. All I know is he was killed in a mining accident when grandpa was young and I went to Lewistown and got copies of his immigration papers. I know the Dean, Wynn, Anderson families all settled in that area when they immigrated. Anything you have would be appreciated.

|Janice J Clark||John and Catherine Harris|
I will be glad to remove my page of Catherine and John Harris. However, I would appreciate it if you would correct a couple of errors that you have on Catherine. She was born in Little Conewago Creek, York, Pennsylvania and died on Aug. 29, 1872 at the age of 86 yrs. 5 mo. 19 da. which you can read on her headstone. Also, John was John Harris, Sr. and was born Jan. 20, in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Thank you and please consider making these changes

OK, thanks for the info. I live in Wisconsin so I cannot go there to look at the books; my husband and I are both retired and he is disabled, though only 66 years old. Anyway, I do genealogy research by computer and sometimes, phone calls. I can probably Email the public library or county office.

Hi again: please disregard the previous message. I'm still going over marriage records and think only Ollie married both Roberts brothers - I think one name on record was mistaken... I'll let you know when I have the straight of it! thanks for your interest and for your patience as I continue researching this family. Clc (#47122252)

|Clc||RE: Millard Newton Roberts|
Hi - Actually, I am related by marriage... my step grandfather (Arthur Sharp) was brother to Ollie and Lillie Sharp who married Millard and Marion Roberts. It's complicated research and I have ordered newspaper articles from hometown newspaper index, including some obits. I actually think two Sharp sisters married two Roberts brothers and then both couples divorced and switched to the other sibling! Thanks for your interest. I should have the articles to verify the records in a few days. Clc (#47122252)

|Grandma Jin||WILLIAM STEIN REID|
If you'd like to VERIFY the information regarding William Reid's birth date, please see WWI Draft Registrations. Here are my notes:
William is in the WW I draft registrations, birth date 23 Jan 1889. He's working in the coal mines in Farmington with a wife and one child. Then, in the 1920 census of Farmington he is 30, with wife Bella, and Little John S., age 2 and 11 Months. They're living at 548 North Main Street. They speak ‘scotch' at home. Then, in 1930 still in Farmington, William is 40; Isabelle, 37; John "Jack" Reid, 13 and Billy age 9. By the 1940 census of Farmington, William is 49; Isabelle, 46; Thomas 19 and June Isabelle, age 3.
In the WWII draft registrations his b-day is given as 25 Jan 1890 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is living in Farmington at the time on West Fort Street. He works for Blakesley Coal Company in Canton, Illinois. He is 52 years old at the time. His name is indexed WILLIAM STEEN REID. He is only 5'5", weighing 147 pounds. Light complexion, blue eyes and grey hair.
DO I HAVE THE INCORRECT FAMILY? Please advise:

|Jeanette||RE: New Edits|
I wasn't aware of it either, although I knew I was receiving processed edits I had requested. Then somebody notified me and apologized for not processing my requests because SHE didn't know about it. Then I investigated and wondered how many others didn't know. Decided to send a message to the ones I had requests for to at least let them know if they didn't already. And on it goes! :)
Have a good weekend!
