Thank you so very much!! The pictures are wonderful. The names weren't on the picture of the older couple with the babies, are they Mary and Lottie? I will send you pictures, too. I have to scan them into the computer. Thanks again!

My grandmother's mother's name was Lottie Gnahn
Graham. She was married to Hayes Enoch Graham and their children were Bessie May, Emmert and John. Bessie was my grandmother. I would love to
hear from you if you think that we share an ancestor.

Abraham Hill had two wives named Elizabeth, Elizabeth Houston and Elizabeth Juette. I assume you are talking about Houston. All I have is that she died in Bourbon Co, KY.

Two years ago my cousin Retta told me the Shields family that lives around the Montgomery Cemetery was taking care of it. I assume that would be Randall Shields, address servers give his address as 1630 Montgomery Rd, Ghent, KY 41045-9064. They list a number of Shields households around there, including on the Shields Lane that runs next to the cemetery. I don't know anything about the Knox-Lillard / Drury Chapel Cemetery. Until I saw your pictures, I didn't know where it was.

|DSON1492||RE: Eldon Family|
My wife and I plan on going down the next nice day to Holiday. I did go to Big Cedar and James cemetery's.
I have posted a picture of Margaret VanCamp Eldon to her findagrave memorial and the obituary as well.
I found those items with the Wynn and Eldon Bible I have a copy of. Can you give me your email and I will send things along to you..
I am not sure how far you have gone back on the Edlon family but his bible records births and deaths back to the early 1700s and it appears the Eldons married into the "Terry" family in England.
Have a great day
Dave and family

|Paul Reichenbacher||RE: Newkirks Buried in Little Cedar Cemetery|
Hi Diane, Thank you for your quick reply and the link to Franklin County cemeteries. That database shows a Little Cedar Baptist Cemetery and a Little Cedar Grove Public Cemetery, but neither notes burials of people named Newkirk. These ancestors of mine likely are buried there, but 175 years' weather has taken its toll on their markers.

|Paul Reichenbacher||Newkirks Buried in Little Cedar Cemetery|
Hi Diane, Are there markers or records of Newkirk people buried in Little Cedar Grove Baptist Meeting House Cemetery? I have a history showing Henry Conkright Newkirk was buried during 1839 in "Little Cedar Cemetery" on the farm of his son-in-law Ryleigh Woodworth located SE of Brookville IN. Henry's wife Julia Anna [nee Taylor] Newkirk was buried there during 1836. Hope to hear from you.
With kind regards,

|Don Blauvelt||RE: Fenton|
Hello. I am not directly related to Jacob Fenton and his wife Rebecca Cross or to their son Roswell. Their respective memorials were transferred to me only within the past 30 days, due to my principal interest being in Roswell's son Stephen, whose wife is one of my ancestral cousins, being mutual descendants of the immigrant Isaac Robinson last of Barnstable, MA (1610-1704). For the past 15+ years I have been privately correcting and expanding on the 1925 published genealogy of Rev. John Robinson, the pastor of the Mayflower pilgrims at Leiden, Holland, who only child to make it to America was Isaac of Barnstable, MA.
However, Roswell's wife Elizabeth Freeman is of separate interest as her immigrant ancestral grandmother, Elizabeth (Reyner) Southworth, likely was the sister of Rev. John Reyner of Gildersom, York, Eng., Plymouth, Mass. and Dover, NH. That was until I realized that Stephen Cross, the paternal uncle of Roswell's mother, Rebecca (Cross) Fenton, was the husband of Mary Fuller, dau. of my ancestors and that there is a descent in the immediate associated Fenton line from John Howland of the Mayflower.
I plan to expand of the memorials shortly with a summary of the respective children.

Hi. I know it's been a while since we corresponded. Just thought you might be interested that two people who are related to the Minges line have contacted me with corrections and transfer requests.
The two are Sharlotte Donnelly and one listed as SuperScout. Both are on findagrave.com.
You might be able to share info with them. I did connect the two of them and they were happy.

Diane, no, not related but am a history buff. I just got started doing this when visiting my ancestors' burial sites taking photos and thought I'd just prepare Find A Grave memorials for other burials. Got into the genealogy soon after. When I retire perhaps I'll have more time to devote to both endeavors.
...and you're welcome for the transfers!!!
