I wanted to say thank you (again, I hope) for the photo you provided of my grandmother, Elizabeth Ann Martin. The last time I tried to visit her grave, the stone was buried. It is really nice to have the photo on her memorial. I really appreciate your work.

At this time, all I know about this cemetery is that its African-American. I will ask around and let you know if I come up with anything. Surely someone IN San Augustine would know??

I want to thank you for the selfless dedication of listing loved ones markers on this Find a Grave web site. I see you have been doing this for years, but I would still like to let you know I really appreciate the work you have done, for without it, our family who live hours from my brothers final resting place would not be able to visit as often. For sure many families and loved ones have had the same experience as we have because of you. Once more thank you Mr. Vaden for the service you are doing.

I was looking at Marshall Gillahan Sr.'s obituary and see where it listed Dillian Overstreet as his sister. Marshall married my great aunt, Lassie Pharris. I was wondering if you have any additional information on the Gillahan family. I believe Marshall Jr. has a memorial on Find A Grave.
All help appreciated.

I was pleased to take these photos. The small cemetery where my gggrandparents John & Martha Gwaltney are buried was located on their farm. They were fine people and always treated me nice when I would come to visit. They took excellent care of the cemetery too.
