I see you posted a Williams Memorial in Fraternal Cemetery but no individual names. Is there a chance it could be my Annie? Thanks for any suggestions. | Susan Worsham Johanna,
Susan Worsham is buried in Pattison Cemetery, in Emhouse, Navarro County, TX. Perhaps someone thought there should be a stone beside her husband, Pleasant, but she isn't there.

 | RE: Status re Laura Parker. Okay, it's done! If I would have just looked at her memorial page first, I would have seen that you were aware of the relationship. It is too bad her name isn't on the stone. You are very welcome. Woodlawn can be a challenge, but it is worth it!Added by B.J. Waters on Jun 13, 2009 10:07 PM | |

 | Status re Laura Parker. Well, here is what I found. She is definitely buried there, but she is buried with a guy named Clay Guess. The information from the attorney confirmed this, however I expected her grave to be marked with her name. It isn't. Apparently there wasn't a marker there until after Clay Guess died, which was in 1976. I do not know, nor do the records show, what the relationship is. I was hoping you would know. Anyway, I took a photo of the grave, but I am asking you first if you want me to fulfill your request with a photo that does not even bear Laura Parker's name. I can add a caption, but only the creator of the memorial can add to the "notes" section. What do you want me to do? -Bonnie

 | Laura Parker - Woodlawn Cemetery I have now officially "claimed" Laura Parker. I received information and a plot map from one of the attorneys involved, and as long as the caretaker is available to help me if necessary, I should be able to get this done Saturday. Sorry about the wait! Thanks for your patience.Added by B.J. Waters on Jun 08, 2009 11:06 PM | |

 | Laura Parker - Woodlawn Cemetery Hello. I noticed your photo request is several months old, and I wondered why. Woodlawn has had legal problems (just google Woodlawn Compton California). I just got back from Woodlawn and here is the scoop: There was one employee on duty. He told me the records are in the hands of the State of California (I feared this!). But he gave me request forms to fill out, and said the grave locations would be mailed to me in about two weeks (there was no charge for this). Then, I just need to bring the info back to Woodlawn and he, or whoever is there, can help locate the graves. For this reason, at this time, I have not "claimed" your request, or the other requests for Woodlawn, since they will "expire" before I receive the information in the mail. I am also passing this information on to the others who have photo requests for Woodlawn. I'll let you know what happens!Added by B.J. Waters on May 02, 2009 8:39 PM | |

 | Persistence pays At last! I found Henry Robison's tombstone & got the picture for you today. Those in the cemetery office were amazed & thrilled to finally find out where those 65 graves of the old Clements & Riker tract were. Only took 74 years! I'm glad to finally be able to get it for you, I hate to disappoint anyone.Added by Nancy/catsaver on Mar 11, 2009 9:15 PM | |

John Gwinn
 | Manuel family Joanna, I can find this man again, and will try to get you this information. Today was a holiday from work and I don't have free time during the week, maybe I can contact his wife who works for the school system here in Burgaw. I took pictures of all the marked graves of Manuel in the cemetery. There were a lot of unmarked graves, and a lot of graves with only the metal funeral home marker and those were not readable. I have photos of 10 additional Manuel graves that I will e-mail to you if you want them. If not, I will crop them and post them as time permits.
