Memorial #11518693, I am trying to determine origin/name of previous husband/John Wesley "West" Harvey Ritchie? This also was 2nd husband of my grandmother and we only knew him as John Wesley Richie/Ritchie b.1895 d.19 Nov 1947,Amarillo, Potter Co., TX, VA Hospital-married to my grandmother at the time. Parents listed as C.C.Richie & Nolie Ivy Richie on his death certificate...Leesville Cemetery, Gonzales Co., TX, has them as C.C.Ritchie & Nolie Ivy Ritchie. My information is previous (Katie) wife and mother of his children (same as those listed for Katie Dora McGee).

|Brenda Sanders||Permission to use a photo|
Hi Kerry! Your work here on FindAGrave.com and your photos are great! I was wondering if I could have your permission to use the photo of the headstone of Birdie Ruth Boyett (1894 - 1895) in my Family Tree on the Ancestry.com website? Her parents are a distant relation to my mother's family.
Brenda Sanders in Independence, MO.

|Jim & Judy Harlan||Creed Mack Clark's Headstone|
Cemetery records show he is buried in the Massonic Section, Block 42, Space 3, in an unmarked grave. Mack Clark, Find A Grave memorial #60742897, (his father perhaps) is buried next to him in Block 42, Space 2. Next to Mack Clark was a marker that just said "CLARK", I think that this is where Creed Mack Clark is buried. I uploaded this photo to Creed's memorial. Also about 5-6 feet away was a Hattie Clark, Find A Grave memorial # 60739867. Hope this helps in your search.

There is a year difference in the date of birth on this gravestone. I hope this is the right Florence Elliott. Sally

I uploaded a photo of the gravestone of Joe R. Elliott. The memorial page has his middle name as Quincey. The birth and death dates are the same and the stone is shared with Florence Elliott. I hope this is the correct gravestone. Sally

Thanks for all the effort, KJ. I've tried to record all the descendants of Joshua Cox of 1694 and your work has cleaned up many problems. A Y-DNA match with the son of Buford Cox 1904-2006, myself and a Cox descended from another of Joshua sons proves we're all ligit.

It's my pleasure. I looked up to see if Howard Warwick had a memorial on here and couldn't find one. I have a picture of his marker also if you wish to start a memorial for him. Or if you have one already i'll be glad to upload the picture if you can send me a memorial #. I've come to find in my father's research, if one family member is being looked for then there is probably others nearby.

Milford Cemetery old section was surveyed in 1943 and re-surveyed in 2001. There is a map and alphabetical index of all remaining tombstones. This grave is not on the map/index. This does not mean the person is not buried here, but that there is no tombstone remaining. The picture posted is the map/index.

|dirk bailey||Rose Hill photo request|
Please call the cemetery office and obtain a grave section, plot and grave number. POST THE LOCATION, or EMAIL IT TO ME. The office is extremely cooperative when you call and look one up at a time. Local phone number is (361) 882-5497
The Rose Hill office is uncooperative when I ask for more than one location at a time. I have the maps to most areas, and will try to find your requested photo with this information.
There is another resource in the Corpus Christi area that you can utilize for obituaries. They can only do the ones that are found in the library's index, found online (see below) The public library allows 2 requests per person, per month.
main link to genealogy page http://lhdatabases.cclibraries.com/ObituaryIndex/home.php
look at the top of the page, and use the "FIND RECORD" tab
when you find one that you want to get, copy the index listing and paste it into an email, and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
