RE: Benz
Your welcome. I am in the process of trying to get it to where I have photos of all the headstones in that cemetery and 2 others right at the moment here in the area. Please let me know if you need anything else. :)

Thanks for the update on his final resting place. Now I'll have to find the contact info for who I tracked him down for and let them know too. There are significant problems with the burial records for Mount Moriah's sections 36, 37, 42, & 43. Yet, when we actually find the name on a stone in the "wrong" lot we expect the soul to still be there! Thanks again for the help. All the Best - rob

RE: Hoffbauer
You're right. I was unsure of what to do about the weird spelling, but keeping it consistent with the headstone seems to be the best practice. (It's just weird that no one else in the family spells if "Hoffbauer" except for this guy and his descendants.) Oh well, I will go ahead and change it back to reflect the headstone's spelling.

RE: Joseph Rerucha
Thank you for the transfer. I had a long Bio written by Joseph himself back in 1919. Its great to add this kind of information to a memorial. I have learned a lot. I hope some day someone else will enjoy it.
Thank You

William Muir
The little information I got on William Muir came from the Sharlot Hall Archive, in Prescott, Arizona. There is just a tad bit more information from that Archive, and I have posted it on his Memorial. His cause of death was stomach cancer. Lee

RE: Lear graves
You're welcome.
I am glad I was in the area to help you out.
I cleaned the lichen off because everything on the stone was not readable, but the dark areas that make the stone so blotchy looking are where the lichen sort of stained the stone.

RE: Richard Ladd
You are most welcome--it's a honor to give back. Bergen cemetery is in a particularly beautiful area. The vista is incredible, high on a hill with a sweeping view of the foothills and Rocky Mountains to the west. Horses grazing in the next field... Richard has found a very peaceful and well cared for resting site with towering pine trees, wild strawberries, and flowers growing all around.

RE: Ashley Schaffer
Thanks for the feedback, and you're welcome. This was a very difficult headstone to photograph even with a DSLR camera, and I think it might photograph best on a cloudy day. G.
