Whoops! Lillie A Whitlock Hill's maiden name
Was her birth name Brecheen? I'm attempting to update some of the records for Camp Shed Cemetery in Delta County.

Lauri Sims-Alaimo
Maude Sims Landers
Hello Dorothy,

I am the granddaughter of Maude Sims Landers' brother Dudley. I am doing research and wondering if we are related? Dudley (Jim) was one of Maude's younger brothers born in 1905 in Lamar, Texas. It looks like she maybe left Joseph Sim after the children were born because I show her living with her brother Jack in Los Angeles in 1935 and 1940. Would you have any information that subject? It shows her widowed but I see your grandfather lived until 1951?? Thanks for any help, Lauri Sims-Alaimo

Dave & Lois Ashworth
Gamble Folks
Hello Dorothy:

My wife, Lois and I, have visited the Oak Grove Cemetery once on the 25th of March and again today, 3rd of April. We did not find grave markers for Dewey or Houston Gamble. Are they buried there without markers or are we just missing the graves? Just curious. We photographed the entire cemetery but somehow missed those two graves.

Best wishes, Dave & Lois Ashworth

Bascom Lee Weeks
Searching for anyone who may have known "Lee" Weeks of Diboll area. He died in 1977 and is buried at Ryan Chapel. I am very interested in contacting someone who may have known him during the early 1940's (war years)

Ben Godwin
I am searching for Ben Godwin who used to live in Wright City, OK and had a sister named Laura. Do you know if the Benjamin Franklin Godwin listed in the Woodmen Cemetery in DeKalb might be the same person?
His German daughter is searching for Ben and I am trying to help find him. I have his WW II military serial number but don't know how to use that to find him.

Cecil Vaden Jr.
Vivian Estelle Henry Ritchie
I would like to know if you knew Vivian. Could she have been the wife of Francis Smith Ritchie who is buried in Ryan Cemetery also? I am working on our Ritchie side of the family and would appreciate any information you can give.
Thank you,
