|JDeLauche||Thank You - Obituary for Mary Elizabeth Knight De Lauche|
I just noticed the newspaper obituary you so nicely posted to the Find A Grave memorial for my mother, Mary Elizabeth Knight De Lauche (Find A Grave Memorial# 16747680.) Thank you for adding it to her memorial.
I had saved it (paper copy) after I wrote the obituary, after it was printed in the newspaper, but it was destroyed several years ago in a fire.
I didn't keep it in electronic format.
Thank you -
Jean E. DeLauche

Thank you for the message but she is the granddaughter of Peter and Anna Frank. I have an article about them and they were buried on their homestead on what is now the school property. The bequest lists their burial sites and it stipulates that they are to remain buried there. That information came from the school itself.

I'm thrilled that you've transferred the Trauffler and Thiry memorials from St. Mary at Lake Church to me. Again, many thanks for creating them in the first place. I promise to lovingly care for them. You are most appreciated.

#80213972 Margretha Rocker Wolf
I think that this Margretha is my gr. gr. gr. grandmother. The grave dates line up with my research of the Marytown Catholic Church records. Her maiden name was Becker. Could you take a picture of the grave for me or take another look at the stone when you are in that area. I know that old stones are hard to read and there is a possibility that it may say Becker not Rocker.
Thanks for your help.

Find A Grave Memorial# 67314240 for Rose Steinmetz Lorge:
Her maiden name is actually Groff. Her parents were John Groff (Find A Grave Memorial# 66127742) and Anna Steinmetz Groff (Find A Grave Memorial# 66127779).
The obituary posted contains a error and left the name Groff off the end of her parents names. It should read "John and Anna Steinmetz Groff."
Two other errors in the article are that her two daughters who died in infancy are Kathryn Ann Lorge (b/d 1943)(Find A Grave Memorial# 67314265) and Marion Rose Lorge (b/d 1929)(Find A Grave Memorial# 115027434).
Thanks for all you do at FindAGrave!!

|Alan Bloom||Find a Grave|
Glenn & Kathy,
I am looking for a Linda Janelle Chekitis who lived (lives) in Wisconsin and was married to a Mark L, Dimaria who has since passed away. She had two children who are looking for her but haven't spoken to her in several decades. They want to reconnect. I have been using ancestry.com since her last name was "Chekitis" which brought me to the grave of Paul and Mary Chekitis. I also found a Mabel Janelle Chekitis and was hoping that may have been her mother. I don't know if she remarried (Linda) or not. Just throwing it out there if anyone can put me in the right direction by trying to find her. She had both a boy (26) and a girl (17).
Thanks a lot for your time!
