|country girl||RE: Joel M. & Rebecca A. Wogoman|
Hi Kurt, you sure can use my pictures, they are your relatives to!, and I know how excited I was when my cousin lent these pictures to me so I could have some made. I added another picture of Rebecca when she was younger and I also added a family picture (Wogoman and Miller family)to Joel's memorial. This picture was taken in 1907 because my dad was a baby in the picture. Joel (with cain) and Rebecca are the old couple in the front row. I do not know what year the other pictures were taken, but I know they always lived in Montgomery Co. Ohio. And I was told these pictures were taken by a professional photographer. Enjoy!

Thanks Kurt, but since your wife's related, you did not have to transfer them to me. There are so many Memorial which are posted by known members is why I asked. Also, would you please give my email address to your wife's aunt, we are having a Collins Family Reunion in Jul in Ky. and would like to extend an invitation to the family. Also, I would like to know anything she might know of Gardner or old photos she might share with me. My Great Grandmother, Cynthia Ann was the oldest sibling of Howard Collins and Gardner was one of the younger siblings. My Grandmother Celestine was my Great Grandmother's youngest child, so she only knew some of their names, so I am hoping to find old pictures, stories of the family etc. My email address, firstname.lastname@example.org
Kind regards, Teresa

|Carol S||RE: Violet Varley|
Since more than one census had her birth year as 1892, I changed it on the record. And the death year was 1925 in two resources, I did change that one. And the parents' marriage was in 1890, so I believe that year was not her birth year.

I found that one of the people I did the Flinchpaugh research for has since passed away. The other is still online for findagrave.com. She may or may not have more info.
Let me know if you want me to send your info to her or not.

I was looking to see where I found the birth date. It does not match the 1890 date if she was 18 in 1910. The info was not on the cemetery index that the Hamilton County Genealogical Society did. I have helped one or two Flinchpaugh descendants with genealogy. And cemetery photos when I still lived in Cincinnati. And the mother was a Flinchpaugh. Violet was buried in a Flinchpaugh plot at Miamitown.
For some reason, familysearch.org is not letting me see that death cert. I believe I got the info from one of two people researching Flinchpaugh. I wonder if the handwriting on that death cert was hard to read. Some docs who filled those out have horrible handwriting.

|country girl||Conrad Emrick|
Hi again Kurt, I have another question about Conrad's remains being moved to Germantown cemt. Was there a headstone or marker, moved with him or something placed where he was buried. I would like to visit his grave. We were there at that cemetery on Memorial week-end, but had no info as to how or where his remains were placed there. Thanks,

|Cleome||RE: Mary and Harvey Niswonger|
Hi Kurt- Sorry about the first incomplete message! The Darke County families are very intertwined. Do you by chance have a photo of Harvey's brother David Warner Niswonger? He served with my gggrandfather (J.F.Roser, different family members used different spellings) in the 110th OVI. Also, David was married to Elizabeth Olewine (I have spelling Olwine) whose sister, Sarah, was married to Mary's brother William Franklin. Please use any photos I've posted. Also, I have a few other photos of their home, Mary's obit, etc., which I'm happy to share. Just email me at email@example.com if you're interested. Good luck with your family research. Chris

Hi Kurt- I made the additions to Mary and Harvey as you suggested. Are you related to the Rossers or the Niswongers? I'm on the Rosser side. Are there any links you would like me to add? Have a great summer. Chris

|country girl||RE: Conrad Emrick|
Thanks Kurt for the info on the spelling of Emerick (Emrick) In doing genealogy I have found that probably 50% of family names have several spellings. Growing up my Dad always spelled it Emerick, but I also will accept both spellings, as I have with so many. Thanks again and its nice to find another relative. Sherry

Hi Kurt, I received your message thanking me for leaving flowers for Conrad Emerick,who is my gr. gr. gr. grandfather on my Dads mothers side of the family. There is one question I have on the spelling of Emrick. His son Daniel (my line) is buried in mound hill cemt. in Eaton Oh. and the name on his headstone is spelled Emerick. Do you have any other info on which spelling is correct? Thanks for the great memorial of Conrad.
