Thanks. I try to do my best. I will get Omer's the next time I am there. I was confused with the Section Four as it is Garden of the Four Seasons. I was not sure when it only said Four.

I received a picture request for Mr. Barber's headstone, you already have a copy on Mrs. Thelma Irene Meyers Barber and may not be aware it is the same one.

Hope this helps

RE: Wreatha L Leighty Stevens
Kathy,
Thanks for the updates. As far as locations, her family resided in Attica, Fountain Co, IN per the 1920 census. I would assume she was born in Fountain Co. Unfortunately, I do not know the death location- was hoping the obit would provide this. I'm not a direct relative.

Thanks, Kerry

Ron Stewart
RE: Catherine Stewart Rhodes Salt Creek Cemetery
Kathy,

Yes, Catherine Stewart Rhodes is part of my larger Stewart family.
She is one of the sisters of my Stewart direct ancestor thus making her a great, great, great aunt - or something like that - maybe even more greats.

She and her husband Joel Rhodes were part of a migration out of Virginia (then) from a location that is now north of Morgantown, WV in about 1835-1840. Her parents are buried in a family cemetery just north of Morgantown. Several families (Stewarts, Rhodes, and several other families) moved westward to Indiana - and some went on to Missouri - most likely in search of farm land since the family farm land in West Virginia was getting smaller and smaller as the farms were divided up when the elders died.

I have dates as born 05 Jul 1799 in VA (now part of WV) and died 22 Apr 1868 - most likely not far from where she is buried.

I have been tracking all of my Stewart relatives for almost 40 years now. It was good to finally located Catherine and her husband.

McClary
Hi Kathy, I found Martha at 1st Mount Pleasant Cemetery, and got her photo. Sorry to tell you that she has no stone, only a metal funeral home marker.
Also, Carroll McClary is not buried here, and I couldn't find him in any Johnson County cemetery. Martha is buried by her parents, who also have no stone, only a funeral home metal marker.

Vina Clark Schlechtweg
Vina's mother Nancy died in 1909, So my best guess is her father could not take care of a young child and her sister Myrtle took care of her. Vina had a lot of brother's and sister's. Her father Joseph prob. couldn't take care of her.
