RE: Wm "Billy" Chastain Young
I would love to make the link to his parents, James Young #8978712 & Mary Louisa (Hudnall)#8978696 but I am not able to do that because it is not my memorial.

RE: watt family
It's also possible that John may have brought his parents' bodies to be buried at this cemetery, especially if it isn't far away from where they lived at the time of their deaths. But it's also possible that they were buried on their property in Edmonson County that is now lost.

RE: watt family
Curious about the "original" deed that you say you have a copy of. Is it from the deed book or an actual deed that would be in the owner's hands. I am sure I have a copy of the one that was in the deed book as I had a researcher years ago in the 1980s do some digging at the courthouse for me. I was doing a lot of work on my folks, including the Watts, during that time in Kentucky. Could you let me know more about this deed? You can contact me at if you prefer.

RE: Thomas Keown
Don, thank you so much for contacting me to let me know more about the burial location of Thomas Keown. And that you are from the Flora family who owned the cemetery property. I am from Samuel Watt through his daughter Nancy Watt, wife of Isaac Flippin. John Watt who owned the property at one time and who is buried at the cemetery was the brother of my Nancy. The area used to be owned by Samuel Watt. I am so glad we had a chance to stop by and visit this lovely area. So glad it's well kept. Thank you. I am sure Samuel Watt and his wife Rachel are buried at this cemetery or at least nearby. If you need information on the Watt family, feel free to contact me. If you find more about the unidentified burial spots, I'd love to know about that, too.

RE: Annie Keller Manco
Wonder why Web didn't have to die at the county farm too? He dropped out of the census (via death) but no death record found yet. Guess it would be best if we leave her with the group as you have the page built, but thank you for the offer. Jacqueline

Death date on gravestone is Jun 28, 1930. The KDR does say May 28, 1930. Which to use????

Preserving the Past
RE: Polly Ann Hudnal Taylor
I received your message concerning the first name of Polly Taylor. My family records differ from your information. Also her headstone, reflects her name as Polly Ann ....unless you can give me some other documented proof that her name was Mary Polly Ann the memorial will remain as is.. thank you for your input though and have a great weekend.

Mt. Ollie Cemetery ( "# 8")
Hi Don, I saw where you corrected "anonymous" about the name of this cemetery. If you know where this cemetery is located, would you mind to give me directions? Thank you in advance. -- Amy W

John C Watt's daughter Rachel
This is about memorial#51699173 for John C Watt. The notes section about daughter Rachel, shows middle name "Frances". I cannot find any records with that middle name. All documents I find show middle initial "W", starting with marriage record for "Rachel W. Watt". Sorry to be so picky, Don, but in researching the WATT family, I have found that your information is being duplicated all over the internet. You appear to be very thorough, and your research has saved me much time, and has helped immensely. Thanks, Lori

Invalid Spouse Link
Is there anyway to unlink a calculated relationship to spouse? The spouse associated with Silas Marion "Doc" Runner (Memorial#52891612) is not correct. The correct wife of Silas Runner was Sarah Watt (daughter of Jesse Watt and Sally Floyd). The incorrect spouse shown on the memorial is the daughter of John Watt and Elizabeth Lowden. I have backup data if you need me to provide it to you.

Invalid Marriage date: Memorial# 51912845
Memorial# 51912845: Marriage occurred before birth. I think it need to be changed to: 02 Sep 1840, Edmonson County, Kentucky, USA
