Are you related to Thomas Hickman Stephens?
If so, you will want to know that a family whose ancestors are not related at all to Thomas, is making numerous false memorials.
I'm sure you know, as do they, that Thomas Hickman Stephens, son of George Stephens and Sarah Hickman, married once and it is to the woman whose memorial you have on the photo of Thomas' memorial 75187083 He married Mary May Swiney. I can send you the marriage and census records. This family already knows these facts as we have sent them all of it repeatedly for one year now. They want to be related to George Stephens but are not.
So they have made this memoriai1 67387301 for the Thomas you have...and combined him with their rightful ancestor, one Henry Stephens died 1907 Nebraska....and claim the morphed man married both women, Mary Swiney and Martha Craig. There are several from same family and they will not listen to reason. Some of them have already been removed from findagrave.
Please do what you can to help this desecration of our ancestors memorials.
You may email me privately at wood.deborah at aol.com.
I will send you all the proof you want.

I am a Peter Stephens of Germany, descendant but these would be my cousins, not direct ancestors.
I have researched this line recently and have many details to add. I will be glad to send you the details for these four. Have already added the maiden names by edit for Mary May and Katherine. Thomas would be the Rev. Thomas Hickman Stephens, well known Baptist minister.
I have put in an edit for his middle name.
You can decide whether or not to add the prefix of Rev.
I have all of the census records, etc. showing Thomas is the son of my cousin, George H Stephens and wife, Sarah Hickman.
Will add more info by edit, in a few days.

descendant of Lawrence Stephens, Rev War

I'm glad the photo was helpful.
I did not get the niche location, but when I'm there next, I will update that information. The Parmenter memorial is in the Gate of Heaven building, however.

|Allen Bankson||Lettie Hunter|
Thanks for offering to supply a photo of Lettie Hunter's gravesite, Stephen. When your photo of her husband's gravesite did not show her buried with him, I began to fear I'd specified the wrong cemetery for her. Now I have hope that some of their other relatives allegedly buried there may turn up as well.

Thank you Stephen!
Yes, I did keep the email (sorry it wouldn't let you reply), so I can use some of it for Alice's bio.
And yes I know I get a tad wordy in my bios.
I do know it's a grave site and not a family tree site- but the memorials I personally enjoy the most, are those with the most information/stories in them. Those people are then 'alive' just a little bit longer as I read about them. That can't be such a bad thing.
And yes I'll take very good care of Alice (and transfer her to anyone who is closer).
Thank you for understanding I care....
And thanks for caring so much too.
