Bob Askins
Askins relationship?
I found a chain of Find-a-Grave entries for folks named Askins going back to Jesse Askins, who was born in 1800. All of these folks appeared to live and die in Indiana. I have traced my Askins lineage back to a man named Donald Askins, who was born in Ireland in 1780. He lived in Frederick County, MD in 1800 and died about 1805. He did however have a son in 1803 who moved to the Dayton, Ohio area and from whom I am descended. Do you know if Jesse had roots in Ireland and if he may have been related to Donald?
I would be happy to exchange information with you if you feel it would be of any benefit to you. Some years ago I had a brief email contact with a young lady named Courtney Askins, who lived in Indiana and was also descended from Donald Askins. Do you happen to know of her?

Gary Medsker
Nova Medsker Date of Birth
I have found an error, but I don't know where the error lies. Your contribution shows Nova's DOB as November 12, 1907. This contribution: ( shows her DOB as January 11, 1904, and has a photo of the grave stone. I do know that grave stones can contain errors, so am not saying which is in error.
Nova and A.D. Medsker were my grandparents. Of course, I never knew knew her, since she died when my father (Berley Medsker) was only 5 years old when she died. I have not looked at for he birth certificate. I would like to hear if you find information to resolve this difference.

Henry and Reseda Fray
Are you a descendent of Henry and Reseda Fray? I am trying to trace my genealogy and I've found six different but similar names for Henry's mother and I can't figure out which one is correct.

Martha Linville grave
Martha COBLE Linville is buried in Riverside Cemetery near St. Paul, Arkansas, according to her obituary. Her son, Clyde Linville, is also buried there but neither of them have a tombstone with their names on it. Their graves are marked only with a fieldstone.

Perhaps you can post this obituary to Martha's Find A Grave page.

St. Paul Mountain Air, 2 September 1922
The remains of Mrs. Martha Linville who died August 23 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma, from the effects of pneumonia, arrived here on Saturday's train and was interred Sunday evening at the White River Cemetery by the sides of her husband and a son.
Mrs. Linville was in her 72nd year. She is survived by three sons and one daughter. She was a citizen of this neighborhood for many years, but left here for Bartlesville some three years ago, where she had resided with her son, Walter, who with another son, Loss, accompanied the remains here.
The funeral services were conducted by J. W. Burrows and were attended by a large number of friends. Mrs. Linville was a member fo the Nazarene Church and was loved and respected by all.

Mary Gregg
Had trouble locating the tombstone of Mary Gregg. She wasn't buried with her second husband, Marvin. Instead, she's listed on the tombstone with her first husband, John C Swisher in the Beecher City Cemetery.

RE: Phillip and Mary Robinson
You are welcome. What is funny, I did not make a trip down there this time. I already had them on my computer, they were shot last summer. I have family at Tower Hill, one married a Robinson and when I was down there last summer I shot it just in case I needed it. When I seen your request I checked my file and had it. I need to check my file for others. Mears, Spurgeon, Glick, Foor, Corley, Campbell, Brownback, Swanders, Wakefield, Hutton, Jackson are just some of them.

RE: Leah Hoffman Faust
Mike you are very welcome. So many of these are mixed up. There are two Saint Vincent De Paul's across in the other part of the city. We decided to print all the photo requests from them all. That is how we found yours. Have a great evening. We usually GPS but that feature would not work since they were listed in a different location from where we actually found her.

Flous Lester Bud
I spent the day at St Vincent de Paul and St Bernard Memorial; I found a Lester "Bud" Flous at StBMG born 1937 died 1993. I figure he must be related. He is buried with Serpas and Faust. He does not have a memorial, do you want to make one for him? [If not I can] You can use the picture I took and uploaded to Serpas, and Faust memorials. Take care and God Bless.
