Jen, I see that you are the one that transferred these two members of my family. It is the Reeds that I am related to in this case. I live in Middle Ga, but my mothers family was from Hall County. I am sorry to say that those cemeteries are full of my relatives. Thank you, one more time. Rhunae

Jen, how did you know I would be interested in this transfer. This is the child of my great grand aunt. I have only found out about her this fall. Thank you again for being so considerate. Rhunae Cross

Hi, I have added her parents to her memorial. Thanks for giving me this info. Are you related to her? If so, I would be happy to transfer her memorial to your care. I am not related to her. I live in the north Georgia mountains, and add memorials in this area. Pam

Thomas Monteith #41228465
Jen, Would you please connect Thomas Monteith to his parents Samuel H. Monteith #98304584 and Mary E. Fisher #98312863. Jennifer: There is no Proof document for "William" being part of this Thomas Monteith's name. Thanks!

Gribble Cemetery, Clackamas Co., Oregon
Ellen A. Gribble 5440255

I believe the dates should be 1866 not 1886. 1886 would be after the father died. Look closely at tombstone and it could be 1866.

Thanks
Joyce Hopkins

Willie Josephine Roberts
My grandmother was Willie Josephine Roberts, widow of Charlie Rufus Tumlin and later married Alonzo Grindle. She is buried at Chestnut Mountain Baptist Church. My father was Edward Gerome Tumlin. I guess That makes us cousins. My email address is RET407@aol.com

Fred Gribble photo request-Clinton OK
Hi Jen,
I have a question for you about the photo you requested. I found a Gribble marker when I was in the Clinton cemetery but the name was not the Fred but that dates matched. The name on the marker was Carl L. Gribble and that only dates on the marker was 1927-1984. There were no other Gribbles buried anywhere near this marker and the time I spent in the cemetery, I did not run across any other Gribbles. Of course Clinton Cemetery is very large and I have not covered every inch of it-although at times it seems like I have. Let me know if this could be your Fred so I will know what to do with this picture, also if there is anything else I can do to possibly help. Thank you! Staci Pollard

Anita Fugate
If you are directly related to Anita, you might be interested in getting in touch with William Kelvin Fugate who maintains the cemetery and is trying to gather all the relatives for a reunion. Let me know and I will give you info.

I believe that the Margaretta you are asking about is the same person as the Etta N. McKinney someone else was wanting. I'm getting ready to upload the photos. See what you think. Fran

Hey Jen,

Thank you for the added dates and information on the Wards. It is always nice to have more history on the family.

Sarah Gribble Monteith
This tombstone is not Sarah Gribble Monteith. It the tombstone for her daughter Sarah E. (Evira) Monteith. The tombstone list daughter of T. & S. Monteith. You have Sarah E. listed without a tombstone. Sarah Gribble Monteith's tombstone is broken, but on the ground next to Thomas Monteith's old tombstone. Only the new Veteran marker is pictured. The old marker was broken, but I had it repaired before I had the new VA marker placed. Thanks Jen for all you do to list and have photos taken.

Jennifer Price Massey
Young Family Cemetery
I've been doing research on the local "forgotten" cemeteries and I was curious about Susan Wynn since there was no information on her stone. My husband found a source of information for the Wynn Family and I thought I would send it to you.

http://www.mindspring.com/~jwynn/hall.htm

I also have pictures of the Young Cemetery that I will upload to the cemetery page.

I was just out there Monday night and recent storms have caused trees to topple and many of the stones and crypts have been damaged. It appears that someone is working on clearing up the downed trees, but I don't know who maintains the cemetery itself.
