Schneible
Karen,
I found Elizabeth Schneible, but not August. I will be going back as I'm still looking for some of my relatives there as well. There are several groups of Schneibles in St. Mary's. Do you need other photos?

Fred Saar
RE: Sylvanus & Hannah Brown
Thanks for the heads up about the daughter. I did not see her and now have some work to do as the LISurnames database has her born about 1780. Grave stone says 18 years, which would be 1766.
Will probably send a SAC to link her to her parents.
Thanks again,
Fred

Messages like yours make my day. Transferred the entire immediate family. Let me know if I missed anyone, or if there's anyone else you'd like.

I also found the story of the death of the women very sad, more than a century after it happened.

RE: Pardee
You are very welcome! I got lucky with this because I asked in the office for the location but they had no record of this burial. While looking for a different photo request I found your request. I went back to the office to tell them and they checked again - no record! Maybe the headstone is just for memory but he was not burried there??? Just curious ;)

Hi Karen, Thank you for the headstone photos for John G. Chatfield and his parents John H. and Esther Chatfield. Go ahead and just post the pictures for John H. & Esther. I'll do a request for you with your name on it. Thank you for the offer to email them to me but no need, I'm just happy to have them on the pages. Thank you, Catherine Sevenau

Karen,

WOW - I appreciate the photo. What a surprise to receive a photo of John Emmel's gravesite. John is one of many family members that were born and died on Long Island. This is a piece of family history to me. I will share with the family
