RE: Photo for Martin Mannchen
Unfortunately, because I am not a family member I would not be allowed access to that information. I can, however, see what I can find on Ancestry.com and Trifold.com about Mr. Mannchen and his service to our country. If you send me your direct email address I will forward you the information when I get it. Sonshine1949@yahoo.com

My pleasure....it saddens me that a veteran has no marker, but it makes me very happy to know he is with fellow soldiers. You should have seen what the staff went through to get me the correct location! Wow! They were probably glad to see me leave today. I was there in the morning and couldn't find him (I was given an incorrect location) and then came back in the mid-afternoon and had them look again to confirm the information. That's when we discovered he was in the Veteran's Memorial Garden. If the family ever decides to give him a marker I will gladly take photos of it for you.

Roe and Buck
I don't know if our families connect but my Bucks have used the name Roe quite a lot. My Elijah Buck went to Canada c. 1808 and had a son he named Roe Buck. Roe's brother Almond had a son named Charles Roe. Wish I could figure out the significance! Do you know anything about it?

Monnie Bess
Descendancy
Hi, I'm Monnie Bess. My maternal grandmother was Edith Mae Leap, a descendant of JWL through Gabriel, Samuel, Charles W., and Charles C. Leap. I have been trying to put together/fill out the descendants from all ten of JWL's children. I would love to have whatever information you might have and would be happy to share what I have. Thank you.

Hi. You've spent a lot of time researching this fellow. A lot of Ancestry.com family trees say Adam's wife Anna was the daughter of Col. Peter Bellinger and Delia Herkimer. What's your take on that? thanks, Sharon
