Find a Grave # 29025789 that you uploaded in 2008 from Faith Cemetery, Black Hammer, Houston Co. MN
This is my grandfather's direct line. Can you tell me what the stone inscription is? Can't read it even by enlarging...or should I write direct to the church secretary? Thanks! Elaine

|Farm Girl from MO.||Obit added as a photo.|
While I very much appreciate the edits you were so nice to send me and the obit you added to the memorial for Opal G. (Fox) Morrow #66480980 as a photo I am hoping you won't mind deleting it as I prefer to include obits in the bio. area of memorials. I have already typed it up there and added a note giving you credit for providing the info. Thanks again so very much for sharing the obit and other info. Have a nice evening, Farm Girl from MO.

No problem. That is my favorite kind of cemetery - remote, abandoned, small and onphotographed. A real challenge! I pass through the area a few times a year and will search more diligently for the missing grave next time, possibly around Christmas. Maybe the vegetation will be down a bit by then.

|Oiseth||South Zumbro location|
All your good work on Findagrave is appreciated.
I think that Salem Township would be a more accurate descriptor of the location of South Zumbro Cemetery. Salem Corners refers to the area around a particular intersection of roads in the township that is some distance from this cemetery's location.

|Sandra Bruggeman||RE: Helen Marie Grasser Yarger, Memorial# 120234789|
I wondered if the office manager looked at the wrong line when she gave me the location. There was a stone with the name Younger in the place that she sent me. Very close to Yarger, but when I went back to the office it was closed. I will ask again if I can catch them when the office is open.

|Dee Dee Egan-Strombeck||Donald Lindskog|
I must tell you some interesting facts. Donald Lindskog's mother Selma taught me how to cook in the early 1960's. We lived in Tangent and my mother did not know how to cook very well so Selma and I became great friends. I would visit her often; she lived ˝ block from my house. I was about 11 and she was the first person that helped me become a better "chef". She was born about the same time as my own grandmother- I believe in 1895 (Vera Egan –my grandmother was born in 1899) and is buried in the same cemetery (Twin Oaks Memorial Garden's) not far from Oakville Cemetery. Selma Lindskog would have been in her 70's when she taught me how to cook.
Donald Lindskog also worked for a turkey hatchery in Tangent "Newport Turkey Hatchery/Ollie Newport. Our present house is built on the some acreage that the Newport Turkey Farm was on in Tangent Oregon. It's a very small world!

|SimDiego||Eber & Phebe Watson|
I have information that the grave of Eber Watson Sr. is located in this cemetery "in a corner where some broken stones had been placed." His wife was Phebe Ellen Thompson Watson. They were my 4th Great Grandparents.
If you could look for his stone or that of his wife's that would be wonderful. He died sometime after 1860. Do you know if this cemetery has any burial records? Thank you!
