Sorry, I didn't see you had transferred Elizabeth over to me already. Thank you so much. Thank you for posting it on Find A Grave too. I really appreciate it.

RE: Elizabeth Bellows
Yes, her husband was Rush Bellows. I maintained his memorial and that is the number you gave for him.

Since you are not related, would you mind transferring the memorial to me? Thanks.

William Batterson
UNEXPECTED DEATH OF WILLIAM BATTERSON

Well Known Rancher Passes Away At Home Of His Father Here Of Uraemic Poisoning

From Monday's Daily

William Batterson, aged 55 years, one of the best known ranchmen in the county, died about 5:30 o'clock this morning, at the home of his father, Solomon Batterson, 402 east Oak Street, of uraemic poisoning. He had a slight touch of pneumonia, but in the opinion of the attending physician, death was due to the first named trouble. Mr. Batterson had been ill only a week, having returned from Denver a week ago Sunday with his wife. At that time he complained of feeling ill and he became bedfast soon thereafter.
He leaves besides the grief stricken wife, one son, William Aldrich, who was the idle of his father's heart.
The decedent was a man of strong physique and splendid health, hence his death comes as a great shock to the family and friends, who did not consider his illness serious.
The Batterson ranch is located on the Elkhorn , West of Log Cabin, and it was famed far and wide for for the hospitality of it's owner, as well as for the quality of the cattle raised there. Solomon and William Batterson were associated in the cattle business many years, but the elder Mr. Batterson retired some years ago and came to this city to make his home. The son and his family were frequent visitors here and on their return from Denver a week ago, they went to the Batterson home, so the sick man could have the best attendance. Everything possible was done for the patient, but to no avail.
Burial will be at Livermore, but the hour for the funeral services has not been fixed.

Mrs. S.R. Suddeth
Hi! I got your note about her being listed in multiple cemeteries. My records are from a book that was compiled from county records and people physically recording the entries from the cemeteries. If she is proven to be elsewhere, I'll be glad to change it. If not, if it's okay with you, I'd like to leave it in case it helps someone in their research. Let me know! Thanks. =)

Isenberg transfers
Thank you very much for the transfer of the three Isenberg family members that I wrote to you about earlier. That was very kind of you.

I noted in your biography that you are researching Worrells. That is a quite common name here in the mountains of Virginia and if you have kin back this way and if I can return any favors please let me know. Matter of fact, there are at least three Worrell family cemeteries within about 15 miles of my home.

All the best and Merry Christmas!

Jack

btw, I don't know if it would differ from the pronunciation of Worrell in your family, but around here they are "Whirls"

RE: WJ Lyster
I have a copy of the newspaper article in which they describe his suicide. I'll be adding information about his life but not go into detail about the suicide. He and my g-grandfather were born 100 years before me...June 1843. I was born May 1943. I wanted to link him to his father who came to America in abt 1848. I've got copies of the book written about the Lyster's (or Lister, or Lester, or etc....LOL) and it covers the Lysters of Ireland (and England) back to the 1600's. I'm thrilled and excited about doing Geneology and I've only been hooked a little over a year. Now to find the Lyster (great uncle) buried in LA COUNTY. THANKS A LOT! I'll be contacting the IOOF to see if they will give me the cemetery name. AGAIN, THANKS, it's people like you who make all of us HAPPY.

THANKS so much for transferring Mr. Lyster to me. I've been puzzled for the past year where in Denver he was buried. Colorado archives listed him in Adams County. THANKS again and on the next missing Lyster.

RE: George G Barriger
Thanks so much for the transfer.

I was out in Denver in March 2013 and did a lot of research on George Barriger and family and his mother Cythia Barriger Jackson. I found one of the books of the history of Colorado and got the same thing you got, but there was no picture in that one.

George bought property for my Great Grandfather in the 1880s for an investment. My Grandfather did not sell it until 1950. I have the receipt where he received $250.00 from my Great Grandfather.

Anyway, it has been fun finding out about my past family.

Thank you very very much for your cooperation.

Mr. Braddy: Thank you for your transfer. Again, I am sorry for my sloppiness in not discovering your earlier memorial to my cousin. I do try to follow Find A Grave rules. I deleted my memorial and made some corrections and additions to # 33521898. I hope I got it right this time.

Holland St John
Deplicute Memorial for Orrin Bradshaw
Mr Brady: I received an email this morning from a Find A Grave member informing me that I had inadvertently created a duplicate memorial for my cousin Orrin Bradshaw (# 59835783)in the Riverside Cemetery located in Denver, Denver County, Colorado. Orrin was a nephew of my great grandmother Elmena(Freeman) St John. I included a biography and considerably more information in my memorial than what you had done in yours (33521898). If you wish, I would be happy to delete my memorial if you prefer to keep yours; however, in that mine is perhaps more useful to researchers and family members, you may wish to delete yours to avoid the duplication. Let me know what you would like me to do and I will be glad to oblige.
Sincerely, Holland St John
