Joseph Pluempe
Joseph Pluempe was the husband of my grandmother's sister Mathilda Elizabeth Ittel Pluempe. This correct in #81364091.His parents are Frank Pluempe &Elizabeth Croft according to his death certificate. All Siblings are not correct. Amanda, Emil, & Caroline Ittel are siblings of his wife Mathilda Ittel Pluempe. John Ittel was the father of these children. I have no idea who Inga L Holderly is; I have not ever heard her name nor come it in my research. I do not have a list of Joseph Pluempe's siblings.

Edna Jane Matlock Beckham #33031823
I would like to suggest a birth year correction for this person. US Census records from 1850 and 1860 show she was born around 1843-1844. No exact date, but seems more likely than 1834, when her parents would have been around 14. Thank you.

Please delete your photos of the gravesite for David Dodge (# 61868366). I found his location at a different gravesite within the same cemetery.

No picture. My understanding is that the Davis Cemetery is on private property. I am unsure of the exact location. I will be in Missouri the month of August doing a lot of family research and intend to find and go to this cemetery.

Where is Lola Bell Dodge Leflay?
I requested a photo for this memorial, and I just received a message from findagrave that no grave exists in this cemetery for this individual.

Are you SURE she's buried here? Have you checked the cemetery for confirmation on that? Have you actually SEEN her grave yourself?

Do you by chance know who this person is? He appears to have a connection to some of the same Glenn memorials as you. He hasn't been responding to notices and corrections, and I'm having to forward them to the admins.

Lola Dodge Leflay
Hi, I'm doing research on some of my shirt-tail relations (the Leflay's) and am having some trouble regarding their relationship to Lola Dodge. The first record I find is Lola married to Kay D Leflay, in 1940, and living in Michigan. Also included in that census is her father, Thomas R Dodge, and a son, Charles Hilton, 15 years old, born in Missouri (abt 1925). Charles Hilton is listed as the stepson of Kay D Leflay. Also included in the 1940 Census is Kay Leflay, Jr., 5 yrs. old, son of Lola and Kay Leflay, Sr. Compounding the confusion is that there is a headstone for Calvin Leflay in Oakwood Cemetery, Pepin, Wi, where his first wife of 20 some years is buried, Rena Blockenhauer Leflay. I have found absolutely NO record for a "Petaway" Roach. And then, who was Charles Hilton? He is definitely listed as the stepson of Kay D. Leflay, and I don't see either him or Kay Leflay Jr. listed in the obituary on this memorial. Hopefully, as her descendant, you can clear some of this up. Thanks!

Sherri B.
Miller Cemetery
Can you tell me the location of Miller Cemetery near Belknap, Illinois? I would love to visit this cemetery but do not know where it is located or who the landowners are to contact them. Any info would be appreciated. I am from Union County so just a few miles away, but cemetery is not visible from the main road.

I am questioning the death date of him. His wife Lephana was widowed by 1940. Copy of his headstone would help. Thanks Diane

Whittenburg line
My ancestor is Charlotte Whittenburg (1839-1899). During my research, I discovered that her mother was a Mary (1817-unknown). I thought that Mary's maiden name was Hoyle and that she married a Jesse Palmer Whittenburg(1816-1863). I found your findagrave contribution, but now I wonder if you could help me with the family line?

Maybe Mary was the mother, but Jesse wasnt the father since you have a different spouse listed? Or maybe she was a second spouse (or not a spouse at all)? Or maybe I am on the wrong track?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

RE: William Harrison's headstone, Maries County, MO 1807-1896
Steve, do you know what the middle initial is on William Harrison's headstone? I can't make it out clearly in the photo posted, and it could make a difference in researching him. Thanks!

William Harrison's headstone, Maries County, MO 1807-1896
Stephen, thank you for locating William Harrison's headstone and getting a photo of it uploaded! Not sure why other volunteers had been unable to find it. Does he share a stone with his wife, Nancy (Shepherd) Harrison? The stone looks similar to hers to I am guessing it is stone with inscriptions on both sides.

Thanks so much for taking time to take this photo. It looks like the small cemetery is quite over grown. Your time and effort is appreciated. Thanks again. Wanda, Rolla, MO
