Glad the information was helpful! I was researching George Marmor who was married to Louise Heinig, Katherine's daughter. I added both George and Louise to F.A.G. as well. I also found the names of Eugene's folks (Katherine's husband) if you'd like their names, no bio info yet.

Have a nice day!

Please correct the subject reference to Sheaffer C Cheek, Sr - your post shows Jr. Thank you. This is my uncle. You can verify the info by reviewing the photograph on the record.

Laura
Thank you
I want to thank you for taking the picture of my baby's grave. I was missing him so much and was poking around the computer when I found it. It was such a blessing to me as my husband and I have moved from Georgia to Texas and can no longer visit his grave. How nice it was to see it! (Although the flower vase is gone...)
Please know the time and care you took to take that photo was such a blessing to me.

Thank you,
Laura

RE: Valentine Mock
I appreciate the redirection and hope it is correct at this point. I wrote down the wrong cemetery address, but put the right one in the bio. Again I apologize for this error and have made corrections to the entry.

Hi Dawn,
I did some research on him, and his name seemed to migrate into different spellings. See what I added to his bio.

Tressler photo
Thank you for posting the photo of Mitchell "Lressler." The family needs to request a new government marker with the correct spelling. I am related to his mother's family, the Allisons. I hope some Tressler descendants take note.

Mitchell "Ressler"
Pvt Mitchell "Ressler" is the same person as Pvt Mitchell Tressler. Please take a photo of the "Ressler" marker. Obviously, the contractor who made the marker made a mistake spelling his name (not the first time that has happened). The family name is Tressler and his Civil War records say Tressler.
Thanks.

Thanks
Dawn,
Thanks for the photo of Henry McKown in the Marietta National Cemetery. He is my X3 grandfather, my 2X grandmother did not know her father because he died in the Civil War when she was about 1 yr old. He is from OH so it took me a long time to find him.

RE: Darwin Quinn
Yes ma'am, you are quite welcome! Whenever I send messages like that to fellow Find A Grave members, I leave it at their option as to how much, if any, of my new information they add to a particular memorial. You keep up the good work, and I hope we can correspond again soon. Take care and have a great weekend!

Thank you for noticing the duplicate memorials. I deleted the memorial I had created and added the picture to the other memorial.
