I'm sorry but these two graves have no visible marker. They are buried in the James A. Carnes lot. I'll post a pic of the plot. Feel free to delete if not wanted. I'll also send an edit.

I no longer can edit anything on Mr. Elam. I created it 1st, some one else did the bio. And if you will look at the bottom of the page it says Maintained by Find A Grave. I can't change anything. You have to contact Find A Grave. I would gladly transfer it but it doesn't belong to me anymore.

Hello! I am about to fulfill your photo requests but unfortunately, it is a photo of the area, only. Their graves are unmarked. There is a very slight possibility that they are buried under the sod, but if they are, they are very deep because I probed around and couldn't find anything. However, in the same location where they are buried, I did find Stella McGaughey, whom I believe must be there daughter. Her headstone is the one in the center of the photo. As you will see, there is quite a bit of empty space around her marker.
I wish this could have been a more positive outcome. I am always disappointed when there is no marker.

I love it when memorials I create find a home with family. BTW my name is James Mason. So her stone caught my eye and had to create it. Respectfully yours, James

Here is a site I found useful in the past & think it might help you too, free SF obituaries. Hopefully getting Cassie's & Basil's obits will tell you where they are buried. They are not buried in Fresno's Calvary, Mountain View, or Belmont Memorial Park cemeteries.
Good luck, let me know if you have success!

|Nancy/catsaver||Cassie & Basil Knobloch|
They are not buried in Calvary Cemetery or any of the other Catholic cemeteries. I checked the online list of burials & called the office too.
They are not listed in Mountain View Cemetery's records either, the only Knoblochs are Basil's parents & 3 siblings which are in the Central tract, blk 12 (listed incorrectly as in Calvary which is near by).
Do you have any other reason to think they are buried in Fresno??? What about the Bay area?
Have you tried getting obituaries for them to see if their place of burial is given?
Please let me know. Thanks!

Agnes is burried with her parents and sister according to her headstone. No indication of her husband or listing for him on the cemetery website. Sorry.

You requested photos of the markers for Alta & Millicent Mithen who are buried in Acacia Memorial Cemetery in Modesto, Calif. These folks are buried side by side and unfortunately only one grave has a stone. I am uploading photos with explanations so there is a written story along with the photos.
I wish the outcome would have been better,

You are very welcome for the photos. The Houps rest at the top of a steep slope that overlooks Burbank, CA and the beautiful mountains that surround the San Fernando Valley. Both the Forest Lawn cemeteries in the Los Angeles areas are places where people come to see the mosaics, sculpture, walk the well-groomed grounds as well as visit loved ones buried there. I come from a very dysfunctional family so I truly appreciate what you are doing for you foster daughter in trying to keep at least the memories of her grandparents alive.
If there are any other people you need photographed just let me know. I'll be happy to help in anyway I can.

Hello, I am so glad you claimed Mr. Haskett. He has been a mystery to me, this stone all alone and no dates. Obiously a civil war soldier, he needs to have some recognition. Happy Graving and let me know if I can be of any help here in Marshall County.
