Request permission to use a photo
Kelly O'Brian. I would like to request to use the three photos you posted on findagrave memorial 10699782 for Omey Caroline Jordan Rouse. I will post them on her page on ancestry.com. I had been researching her mother, and found as I went along, that Omey was involved in the life of her mother Lucindy and find it moving to see the family dynamics. Lucindy was the step-mother of my great grandmother Fannie Bell Jordan. I appreciate your caring for her on findagrave because my age (and not a direct relative) prevents me from doing so.

Please let me know. Thanks you.

Memorial #26938007 John Newton Lockridge
Hi Kelly:

May I use the obituary and the monument you have attached to the above record for my tree on Ancestry and for a book I am making for our daughter in law who is originally from the U.S. and now lives in Canada. The book is a surprise for her 'significant' birthday.

I am building a family tree for her on Ancestry and this would be a wonderful addition since I see the name John Oscar as part of the obituary, and her grandfather's name was James Oscar.
Thanks.

Patricia

Nina Sisson Ash
Hi! Kelly,

Thanks so much for the volunteer work you do. It is greatly appreciated.

I'm sending along a "heads up" Nina Edith Sisson Ash, died in Rapid City on December 1. She was born July 11, 1922, in Wyoming. I have asked for a correction to be made, but I wanted you to know the facts.

Again, thanks!

Henry Schmidt
Hi Kelley,

My great grandfather was Carl David Schmidt (Find A Grave Memorial# 63887287)

He is the older brother of Henry Schmidt #42109463. You show Henry on your Find A Grave site with wonderful pictures of the headstones.

Question? Can we link the two brothers on Find A Grave, without their parents grave sites?

Sincerely,

Karen (Schmidt) Baker

Lisa Vierra Turrentine
Cassie White memorial
On the Cassie White memorial (29963354) you list her children as William Jr., Tyre & Montie. She was married to William Sr., however, she was not the mother of these three sons. She was the mother of Minus, Thoms, Fred, & Charles. Thank you for posting the memorial for her grave.

Memorial 33213530
William Leonard Yarbrough is my great grandfather. His son, Theodore, is my grandfather. I have several family links to add to his memorial and respectfully request a transfer to me. He is buried in the same cemetery near his first and second wives. I have already posted family photos to his site, but would like to have memorial transferred.

Thank you for considering this.

F. C. Arnette Memorial# 37120836
Hi - I am researching the Arnette family in Belle Fourche, S.D. I see you posted a Find A Grave Memorial for F. C. Arnette. You have his year of birth as 1895; however, his WWI Draft Registration Card has his birthdate as 12 Dec 1875. Could I ask where you got his death year? If 1895 is correct, I want to make sure I change it. Thanks so much.

RE: Coats Memorial Duplicates
Hi I read you note today. I think you can go under the "Help With Find A Grave", scroll down to "Cemeteries" and under it, What if I notice that there are duplicate listings for the same cemetery in the same county and I know that there is only one?.....there is an email address to send too also. Hopefully, than Find A Grave, can combine all the memorials to the correct spelling cemetery. Thanks for the note :)

Lila Mae Andrews Jasper 31421785
I believe this lady is actually Lila Mae Scott Jasper, first married to Raymond A. Snider also buried in Pecan Grove Cemetery. Her mother would have been an Mattie Andrews Scott and her father was Benjamin F. "Frank" Scott.

I have not been able to find a death record to confirm but birth date of 25 July 1907 is that of Lila Mae Scott.

I hope this is helpful. Thanks for all your work on Findagrave.
