Thank you for the info. Are you a Parker? I am a friend & classmate of Marvin's. I wanted to link them together but didn't have all her info.

You're welcome. I deleted the empty message postings, that happens a lot, I don't know if it happens when the web browser hangs or what it is. Anyway, the person who got the message can delete them, just not the person who left the message (so of course it behooves one on to be careful what they say in messages to other members, obviously!).

You are most welcome. I am in the process of photographing the headstones at Memorial Park and just happened to have photographed his stone. You may use any of my photos as long as they are not for profit and I get credit for them. Andrew

|Don Snyder||RE: Rogers Peterson|
You are quite welcome and copying the photo is fine with me. I also took a picture of his wife's headstone, but I don't remember if I added it, or if there was one already out there. After taking the pictures, I talked to a very interesting local fellow, who seemed to know everyone in the area. He stated that Rogers and his wife had a store in Republican that they opened after moving from "up north" somewhere. I do not remember any store in Republican, but I have only lived in this area for 37 years. Also, my girlfriend seems to remember someone with the first name of Rogers up in this area (not a common name) that had a poodle and she mated her daughter's poodle to his. This was in the 1980's.
I had to drive around awhile to find this cemetery, as it is not on the main road, but on a road named Acre Loop. Well, back to my genealogy work. Good luck with yours.

I had the photo in my file, just needed to upload it. You are very welcome to use the photo and I'm glad to transfer these memorials if you'd like as I am no relation.

|Ed Smith||Hazel A. Parker #57317677|
Thank You so much for sharing the information and filling in gaps. I have been intermittently cataloging the Pioneer Cemetery and often times have very little information to work with.
I have linked and updated Hazel and her parents with the information you sent and all the information I have. The only problem I encountered was Hazel's death date. You advised it was July 1, but cemetery records show her burial date was June 30. I just wanted you to be aware of this small discrepency.
Again, thank you for the information and if there is anyone else you'd like me to make adjustments to, I would be most happy to do so.
All the best.

|Paul Rolfe||RE: Hovey Family|
I added the information you provided. I then linked Frank Sr. to wife Helen and linked Clarence to them. Please review and verify the accuracy. I also added the Hovey names in Cedar Lawn. I am guessing the Jr. listed there is actually Frank W. III. Shirley is buried away from the other three but in an adjacent section. The other three are in the same section and lot.

I know the office could not find her in the file. I went to the SLGS and pull the files there. She is mis-filed while I went through the letter "K". Only one by that name too. I was just glad to find her.
Yes you may use the photo

When I found the marker for Clark Sloggy that you requested, I also located right next to it, a marker for his & Fleta's son, Lawrence. I have made a memorial page for both Fleta & Lawrence with photos for both.
