Am cleaning up Creemore Cemetery and notice you manage the above memorial.
When The deduper is run after I am finished you will lose it because I have the earlier memorial.
There are both maiden and married names in this cemetery.
Therefore I will transfer mine to you so when the merge takes place you will retain it.
I sent edits re this memorial so please accept them so the memorials will be identical in every respect so the de duper will catch them.

Thanks for the correction, guess I shouldn't try to work on Memorials after work when I'm tired.

I thought you might like to know that I FINALLY decoded these markers, and they belong to Maud #59450079 and William F. Hisey #59450081 in Maplewood Cemetery in Emporia, KS. I've had the photos for awhile but just couldn't figure them out but tonight I did! Becky

Hi Darryl. sorry for the delay but my email was don.
The dated on Christopher and Hannah were wrong so I corrected them, and someone sent me the dau Sarah to connect but I think that is the wrong sarah.
will do some lookups myself for their children.

Hell-o to you,
We ahve been searching for our relatives, Ray Hisey and wife Mabel (Talbert) Hisey for along time and it appears that Mabel is very elusive after 1930 census forward. Would you know what happened to the Ray and Mabel Hisey family or where they lived in Ca? Just today I located the burial site of Ray Hisey and his daughter Dorothy. My 88 year old in-laws were helpful but there were some relatives they lost track of as well. Mabel and Ray would be second cousin to us.
Many thanks to you for sharing your knowledge and posting the data and photos on Find A Grave.

|Debra Hisey||Thank you|
You and I have written in the past about our Hisey family history. I just wanted to thank you for your note on dad's page. He was an incredible father and husband and was proud to be a "Hisey". He was a man of his word, easy going, quick to laugh and adored his family until he passed.

Sorry about the last message with nothing. I have corrected the bio by changing the middle initial of her husband Charles to R. to agree with his headstone. Obituaries are not always correct and I did not catch this discrepancy. Thank you for letting me know. I am not related, if you would like a transfer for her and her husband, please let me know.

|Mary Jenkins Montgomery||Della Thompson|
This woman is my husband's great aunt. There are some corrections I think you should post. Her name was DILLA Montgomery Thompson, born in 1874 and died 11/28/1926. Her husband was Joe Thompson, born 1868-1914. If you wouldn't mind, we (my husband and I) would like "her" transferred to us. Thanks for your posting.

I don't know much about this family, but I would be happy to see what I can find and let you know the next time I go to the library.

|Jeff Swann||Hisey Family in VA|
Hi Darrell, thanks for taking the time and effort with adding all the Hisey Family info online. My ancestor was John Hisey who married Modeline Derting in 1791 in Shenandoah County (Bondsman was George Grandstaff), John left a Will in Cabell County (W)VA in 1830, and the family sort of disappears into OH, and other parts of the midwest. Are you related to this Shenandoah family of Christian Hisey?

|Christie Trapp||Beaner Hisey - Mt. Shasta Cemetery|
You left a virtual flower. I just posted the photo of his grave marker with the dates. A check of the SSDI doesn't list him as being Beaner. I posted a possibility that might fit. Could you check it out and let me know if the name I located in the SSDI is his true name. Thanks.

|Lori Meyer||Sarah Hisey|
I'm new to this but just wanted to let you know that Sarah was the daughter of George Stamm and Barbara Warner both of Switzerland (according to the Chippewa County death record). Sarah is buried next to my Great Grandparents, John and Matilda Meyer. Matilda's birth record shows that she was born in Ohio to Martin Hisey and Sarah Stamm (AKA Sarah Hisey).

|Sandra J. Piechotte (Bassett)||HISEY/WRIGHT connection|
Thinking we might be related. Ett Wright (Lucrecette) married an Edwin Hisey from Indiana. Edwin died in Indianapolis, I think. Ett was the daughter of Aaron Hillman Wright, my GGGgrandfather. Does any of this fit in your line? This branch is rather scetchy for me as most of my relatives are in SE Michigan.
