|Karen Swanson||Ralph & Louise Beyerstedt|
Could you please take a photo of the marker for Ralph & Louise Beyerstedt at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery in Milwaukee and Post it on Find a Grave memorial. You already did a pic of the Cemetery name. Please ignore the "Don't show cem. photos on this memorials" as I do not know how to erase that. I would like to use the photo also on ancestry with credit given to you for the pic on find a grave. Thank you for any help you may offer. Karen at Kasmick@aol.com

I just found her California birth entry. She was actually born Patricia J. Alvarran. Note different spelling of last name. So it must have been Patricia Josephine and she didn't like her first name.

The A stood for her maiden surname. That's pretty common - I see that a lot on stones, where the true middle initial is actually something else, and the middle initial of the maiden surname is used instead.

Please be aware the photo is not current and I am not sure when it was taken. Our local historic graveyard association has been very active in maintaining these cemeteries but it's hard to get around as often as necessary.

You also declined my edit of this burial site. If anyone else is trying to find that site with your description, they will never find it. You have the burial site components in the wrong order.

I appreciate your comments regarding my update as "non-sensational". I'm still heart-sick. Take care, Kind regards, Diane

You are most welcomed. Tessie was the loving Aunt of one of my sister's best friend all throughout her life. They died months apart. While I didn't have any plans of doing Tessie or her niece, I was in St. Adalbert's doing a relative memorial who was right next to Tessie niece Rita and her sister, brother in law. It was if they were calling me from the grave. So I am doing my best. I have had to ask my oldest sister who knew them best for I was young way back then. Keep up the great work,. This is addicting, isn't it?

I'm glad to hear from you. Thanks for the emails and the photos added to Clara's memorial page. It's amazing what all is archived. I have the page amended accordingly and delete the duplicate pages. I hope, the memorial page is now ok.
If I can do anything for you, do not hesitate to contact me.

Dear Ms. Judy,
By a show on German TV I hear about Find A Grave. I was curious to see if an entry about Klara Poedtke is included. Klara or Clara Wilhelmine Poedtke born Göppinger was my aunt, the daughter of Wilhelm Göppinger and my father's sister. She was born on 02.12.1901 in Reutlingen/Germany and was already emigrated with 21 years to the USA. By the passenger list of Ellis Island (there called "Goppinger") she has arrived in 1923 (www.ellisisland.org). She lived in Milwaukee, married Edward Poedtke an died on 15.11.1944. More I dont know about Klara, because I never have know herself personally. I hope to have served you with this dates. Need you more informations about our family?

All the ones that have row/grave start by the fence and north end. Even the ones on the east side.
Most of the ones with lots zig zag north to south, next row south to north. With lot one on the east end. Except the blocks 4n & 4s lot one is on the west, and zig east to west. 4n east side is a mess.

No problem Judy. I have family in All Souls and when my photo request was sitting a bit, I decided to go and get the photos and since I was making the trip, decided to fulfill some other requests while I was there. When looking through the photo requests, I saw some were quite old, by 4 years!!! And there were around 200 at the time. I have found the cemetery is not as far away as I had thought so for some of the walking I am trying to get in, my husband and I have been frequenting there, hoping to get these old requests filled. So, I am very glad I could help out. If there are any others you need help with, let me know and I will try my best to fulfill.

Thanks for adding better photos than the ones I snuck in as the rain was starting. I did not request new pictures and have no idea who may have requested them. I am always up for getting the best photo possible, even lighting is huge.

|Dan Dreifuerst||RE: Sr. M Frumentia Wagner|
I added a photo of Sr. Frumentia's stone to the other contributor's memorial. The grave is actually on the hill at Holy Cross. I removed my memorial because it has less info and has no flowers and notes.
Please have the contributor move the memorial from Mt Carmel to Holy Cross.

|Dan Dreifuerst||Sr. M Framentia Wagner|
I entered Sr. Framentia last December from a church burial record I received from the parish I received recently. I see there is a Sr. Frumentia at Mt Carmel, so one of these needs to be deleted. I never visited the Mt Carmel cemetery. I assume it is near the convent on that hill.
I will try to get up there this week with the nice weather coming up and look for that one and photograph some of Holy Cross.

He was an old friend and school mate of my parents. what would be the best way to get it entered? Or would a transfer be an idea? unless your a friend or family member, then I am not expecting a transfer. What do you think? his memorial #54063784

Fixed. I use a script to create and upload pictures. Sometimes I forget to turn off the plot picture. Normally I see that happening and delete the picture.

I have added a photo of both Carol's & Gordon's headstones, but will need to get a better shot of Carol's marker alone since the one I have isn't very clear.

|Wallflower||RE: Sister Maria Concetta - Olivia Komatz|
Thanks for the transfer! I usually use the edit feature, but your profile said you were related to most of your memorials, so I didn't want to step on any toes. I've had people get insulted or angry when I've asked for relatives.
I believe Concetta's niece was also SSND. She was born Dorothy Bongard, but took the name Sister Mary Adelaide. In her later years she went by Sister Dorothy, and may be buried as that. I have no date of death, but her birth date was 2 May 1925.

Judy, just wanting to say thank you in return for your thoughts for my mother. I love the photos up for Dorthea. The photo of her ribbons is truly nice to see. Both my mother & I love(d) needlework too, and it's wonderful to see someone get honors for theirs.
