Redmond Huddleston #71969643
I enjoy reading old newspapers (Library of Congress website) and trying to match the stories and articles to the memorials here. I ran across a little article in the 10/28/1916 Bisbee Daily Review (Bisbee, AZ) indicating that Redmond Huddleston had been severely injured in an accident in Ajo, AZ and there was "no hope held out for his recovery." Obviously, this man fought the odds and lived quite a lot longer.

I thought you might like to see the article.

Ah, ok. You have more names that Carter has liver pills (as my grandmother used to

I was just asking Anne what that site was that the 3 of us were on when we were talking about our research. For some reason, I can't remember where that was.

I have been working on our Smiths again lately. I will forward you a copy of what I sent to Anne Halford.

You have listed Alfred DeForest Smith as a half sibling. I'm curious what info you have that has caused you to think they are not full siblings?

Alfred is my 3rd g-grandfather.

Thanks for any info you have. Really looking for their parents info, Thankful's maiden name, her parents as well as Emanuel's.

Are you related to Catherine? Also, I had the spelling as Catharine.

RE: Pearl Barry - Woodlawn Mem. Park
No problem at all. We may just photograph the site the next time we return to Woodlawn. Even though there's no headstone or marker, at least there would be an area that is dedicated to Pearl.

Pearl Barry - Woodlawn Mem. Park
My husband and myself have been looking for Pearl Barry's grave at Woodlawn. Even with the exact location (and thank you for posting that), we still were unable to find her. We checked at the office yesterday, and the lady there showed us on the map the grave location - and also the grave name beside her's. We located her grave - but, unfortunately, there is no grave stone. If you would like, we'd be more then happy to take a picture of her grave as it is. Please just let us know.

Could you please tell me where to find the obituary for my great grandmother Sarah Elizabeth Allen? Could you also transfer memorial to me and also her son Thomas Manning Allen? It has not been easy finding information about them. Thank you.

RE: Edna S. Miller (#55542959)
I have added the relationship links and maiden name to Edna's memorial. However, findagrave informs me that there are two cities named Maple Grove in Michigan (one is in Marquette Co. and the other's in Muskegon Co.), so I wasn't sure which one was correct to add for the places of birth/death. If you let me know, I'll be sure to add that to the profile as well.
