RE: Boling, Massey inquiry
Thank you. I will work through the information to see what I have and don't have (but not today). Off hand, I was interested in J J "Ham" Boling. James A Hamilton Boling (born 1832, died after 1900) was the brother of my ancestor, David Jasper Boling. I can't find any death records for him, or a Find A Grave entry. If J J "Ham" somehow is J A Hamilton, I may have found him. Again, thanks. And Merry Christmas.

Atwaters of Lenham, Kent
Hi Joyce

I noticed that you created a duplicate cemetery:
"St Mary's Church Cemetery" in Lenham, Kent into which you put members of the Atwater family

This cemetery, "St Mary Churchyard", was already created in 2009 by Geoffrey Gillon with thirteen Atwater memorials created in 2011 by Find a Grave Member Wladek # 47467378 - (there are also many photos of this church and grounds on the cemetery's main page)

Just thought I'd let you know as duplicate cemeteries tend to create unnecessary confusion

Kind Regards

The Bohuns are in my family. In working on ancestry I came across the following:
"de Bohun Family Name History; from".

The Humphrey you refer to as the father of your memorial subject, did not die the date you have shown, it shows d.1129. Please check site if possible as other Humphries are also listed which may help.

Richard Cole
Hello Joyce.

I've added a photo to Richard's memorial at Woolfardisworthy, Devon, England. The transcription - in latin - is on the slate slab on the monument but is barely visible or legible - hence the broken words on the edit.

John Moore
Cole family
I am descended from the Cole family from Tillingham, England. Some of the Cole family started spelling their name Coale which are the ones of my family. Some left Maryland in the early 1800's and settled in Clarke Co. Alabama, this was my GG Grandfathers family. It may be interesting to compare our family's history and see where it leads. I would love to hear from you.

Hi Joyce,

Hope your retreat went well. You had offered to transfer Henry Thomas Mize (1751-1853) who is buried in Beaverdam Cemetery in Banks County Georgia. Find A Grave Memorial# 33948296. How do we do that?

Stephany Brady Cunningham
Thank you for maintaining the Morrison family. Im originally a Brady, related to the Morrisons.

I saw on your profile that you are researching Coles from Georgia. My great-grandmother's father was Samuel Jackson Cole who married Amanda Bass (both from Paulding Co. Ga) We may be related somewhere down the line!!!

Gerald D. Graham
I was looking at an obit that contributor Papaguy54 had created and was looking at his profile page. I noticed you asked him if Gerald Graham was the son of Garrett Graham. I decided to do a little investigating for you on According to 1940 census records and some obituaries I found, I believe he is the son of Icy Nell and Earl Graham (buried at Moulton Memory Gardens). According to her obituary, she had a son named Gerald D. and census records for their family put this Gerald at the right age.

RE: Howdy
No problem and no hurry. This stuff is fun but not urgent. There were two things. First thing was I wanted to correct some errors with Henry Thomas Mize (1751-1853) who is buried in Beaverdam Cemetery in Banks County Georgia. Find A Grave Memorial# 33948296 You mentioned you would transfer him since I am a direct descendant. The second thing is that I see you are a descendant of another Henry Mize. I have done a lot of research on the Mize family and would like to discuss your Henry if you have time. Thanks!

Also, I would like to discuss the Henry Mize who was your ancestor. Can I email you about that?

That would be awesome! It is Henry Thomas Mize (1751-1853) who is buried in Beaverdam Cemetery in Banks County Georgia. I am a direct descendant. He is my GGGGGrandfather. Find A Grave Memorial# 33948296

Thanks so much. If you have any questions about the Mize family, I have done a lot of research and could probably answer your questions.

I am another Mize from Texas. You created a memorial for one of my ancestors here on find-a-grave, but the information needs to be updated. How do we do that? Thanks - John

Randy Clark
Fletcher Tice - Lou Mize
Ms. Mize, my name is Randy Clark and Fletcher Tice was my Great Grandfather on my mother's side, Yvonne Madell Tice. I am trying to do research on the Tice family and am having trouble with the relationships as they exist in public records between Fletcher Franklin Tice, Lou (Louise) Mize, Mary Tice and John Tice. The records seem to contradict themselves and I'm a little confused. I know absolutely nothing about the Mize or Tice families other than what I can find searching public records. Could you or someone you know please help clear some of this up for me? I can be contacted at Thank you!

RE: Get together
I want to get together, also. It will have to be this fall. I have a rather large ministry in Jacksonville and this is one of our busy times of the year, getting kids ready for school. Let's not lose touch and make plans for this fall.
