Good evening Pat,

Thank you kindly for making the requested changes to my great grandfather's memorial. It is greatly appreciated. I was surprised to see that you had transferred maintenance to me.... thank you very much for that as well. You must have been reading my mind that I need to put together info on his 2nd wife and family.

Thank you for everything Pat!

Take care and be safe,

James Cook
Ann Hopeltine Brasfield
Pat was wondering if you have any information on Ann. I am searching for information on Haskett relatives. I have that she is the daughter of John C and Nancy H Brasfield and married D.A. [David Alec] Haskett on 4 Mar 1869 in Jefferson County Alabama.
The Haskett family was also in the same Five Mile Enumeration District as was the Brasfield family in 1850 Census. The 1860 Census shows that both families had a Post Office of Elyton, Alabama.
I can not find anything past the marriage date. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Sara Hassie Crowley Cordell
Hi Pat,
The photo of the Cross, you have posted on Providence Methodist Church Cemetery, at Maben, Miss.! I beleave is the grave of Sara Hassie {Crowley} Cordell. She was the great grandmother of a friend of mine. And she told that her Great Grandmother Sara Hassie "Crowley" Cordell was buried outside the fence of Providence Cemetery. I wanted to ask if you mind me using your photo of the Concrete Cross, on her memorial. I sure would appreciate it so much.

Patricia A. Howell
I don't know why Mrs. Howell was not buried in Greenwood Cemetery with her husband--it might be an interesting mystery to solve! She is listed in Beech Grove records as being buried in Section 32, Row K, Single Grave #29. I will look next time I am at B.G. Cemetery. Thanks!
Take care,

I made the memorial transfer for Mary to you. I am sure you will take good care of it. I am just the guardian of the memorials until a family member comes along and would like to take care of it.

Would you like me to transfer the memorial of Mary to you? I saw the photo you added and I am not related, but I try to do obituaries on the coast so when people look for their relatives they will find them.
I would be happy to turn the memorial over to you since you are a relative.
