I'm confused as to the added surname "Harley" to the Findagrave post for my 5th great-grandmother Deborah Thayer Churchill's name & believe it is an error!? Deborah is the dau. of Isaac & Deliverance Parlour Thayer of Carver, Mass., & m. Capt. Perez Chuchill. Also, I have her death as 1888, not 1885. Could that be a misread of the old headstone? Thank you for your clarification :)

Thank you Sandra for the plot information for Emma Lees. I don't know who she is, I just took some photos while I was at the cemetery in hopes they might help someone with their genealogy search. I have no idea how to go about finding Plot numbers etc. Nothing was marked and most of the graves in this cemetery aren't even readable. Too much Lichen and moss etc.

|Sandra Lennox||RE: last message|
I am sorry if I sounded nasty to you.
I have many updates in my e-mails which I had
sent to you. All have never been updated nor have
you responded to me in any way.
I am not saying that people do not make mistakes.
We all make mistakes, we are all human.
It takes time to send an update to a person, many times additional research is done. When it gets meet with no response it is very frustrating. Your memorials that I sent updates to are connected to my memorials, when you do not do links, correct information, etc. it effects other memorials. This is not a current problem it has been happening for a long time and other volunteers feel the same way, you do no do the updates. I believe in the cooperative spirit of this site and it helps many people who are looking for family and ancestors.
When possible I will go through my edits and resend them to you.

|Sandra Lennox||Updates not done|
I have sent you MANY updates with sources for many of your memorials but they just get ignored.
It is VERY frustrating! Even the simplest of updates like the correction of the spelling of a person's
name does not get done.
We are all suppose to work together on this site.
If you disagree with the updates that I send, you
can AT LEAST respond to me and let me know why.
You are responsible for all the memorials that you
enter on this site. If you are sent an update it is
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to respond!
I will be sending your updates to the administration if a response is not answered within
the required amount of time.

Yes they are descendants of the BEAL family --- see my BEAL virtual cemetery. It would appear that Luther Sr. ATWOOD (1793-1870) was the earliest member of the ATWOOD family in Carver. His parents were from Plympton.

I added this memorial when I took a picture for someone. I ended up documenting the entire section but that was all I had time for. I am not related to her. Please let me know if you would like me to transfer her memorial. I will gladly do that for you. Wish I could be more help.

|Tim & Grace||Temporary transfers at Hillcrest Cemetery|
Hello Anne Marie,
Thank you for transferring some more of these Sampson memorials to me. I didn't really need to retain "ownership" of them, so I transferred them back to you.
The transfer process isn't as FINAL as it sounds. This just shows that we can all work TOGETHER to remember those who have gone before as members of FAMILIES... even those who didn't have descendants to remember them!
Sincerely, Tim Cooper

|Tim & Grace||Hannah Cooper and George Sampson at Hillcrest|
You caught me by surprise yesterday. You transferred Zabdiel Sampson to me within moments of my request, so I requested Hannah Cooper and her husband George Sampson before I could properly thank you.
Thank you for transferring them to me as well. I am going to link them to family members right now!
Sincerely, Tim Cooper

|Tim & Grace||Zabdiel Sampson in Hillcrest Cemetery|
Thank you for transferring Zabdiel Sampson [1727-1776] at Hillcrest Cemetery in Plympton, Massachusetts to me. His wife, Abiah Whitmarsh died 26 Dec 1800, but I don't know if she is buried with him.
I visited this cemetery about 20 years ago when I was stationed at Hanscom Air Force Base in Lexington, Massachusetts and took gravestone photos of some of my Cooper cousins buried there, but I don't think I took any of Zabdiel Sampson. I still have to dig through my old prints to scan the photos. A good project for this winter.
I have a couple more cousins buried in Hillcrest Cemetery to request of you.
Sincerely, Tim Cooper
Buckfield, Maine ;)

|Marina Williams||Persis Lucas|
Hi! Thank you so much for taking the picture for me! I really appreciate it! Unfortunately you took a picture of the wrong Persis. Mine is (1692-1726) and the picture you took is of (1782-1848). Is there any way you can correct this?

I appreciate your efforts. I'm beginning to realize there are a lot more Cushmans than I first thought. No one else has responded so if you don't mind I may call on you again. All my ancesters are on the east coast and I'm in Oregon!
Thanks again, Nancy

Thank you for the picture of Sarah's marker. I'm not sure which Sarah. I have a picture of Sarah Standish Cushman that is identical. Now I'm not sure which is which.
