I am wondering if Martha Griffith could be the daughter of Johnathon Griffith # 35965399 and
Sarah Duncan McCullough Griffith # 35965417
Martha is in the same cemetery. I don't know if they are in the same section or not.
Johnathan and Sarah are relatives of mine that came from Penn to California. The memorials you made for Johnathon and Sarah have been very helpful -- THANKS!
Any additional information you might have would be useful. Thanks.

If you want to provide additional biographical information and links him to his ancestors, just let me handle it, send a message to "EDIT" and I will see what I can do.
If you are a relative, a descendant of Mr Gayetty, I would reconsider transfering. I dont see any virtual cemeteries dedicated to that last name.
Have a Great Happy New Year!

You are so welcome! I was out there this morning and had a few sprinkles but the sun kept popping out and was just at the right angle to get some good contrast on the stone.

|Heather Williams Schlosser||John Varnes, Lancaster County, Pa.|
How did you get your family information on John Varnes buried St. Stephen United Church of Christ Cemetery, in New Holland, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania?
You have his wife as Maria Bushong Varnes.
Biographical Annals of Lancaster County on page 501, under Henry S. Rutter you will find John Varnes married to Rachel Rutter. Also, on 1850 Census Rachael listed as his wife.
Can you tell me how you got his parents name?

You're welcome...I well know the pain and sorrow of losing a well loved fur baby...
If I have managed to get it right and the source is correct Zachariah is my 8th g grandfather...I descend from Abiel's line...I am not real good at genealogy but I do try..I suppose we are cousins somewhere down the line...Does your great-great grandmother have a memorial I can visit? The link you posted doesn't work...

I am so happy to have been able to make the memorial for you. My husband and I found the headstone literally thrown off by the fence in the cemetery. It was covered in brush and I feared it would soon be lost forever. I walked the cemetery to try to find the rest of the stone, but was not successful.

Hi, I am related to the Jordans. You posted on Elvira Jordan Cortner that she was the daughter of Levi Jordan. I have no dates or any information on Levi, other than he was born to Francis Marion and Mary Ann Browning Jordan. I did not know he was married. I don't think you mean Levi Henderson Jordan because the dates are wrong. Do you have any more information you would share. My great grandmother was Laura Francis Jordan Watts. Thank you very much, Dorothy Knight

You are very welcome! It was meant to be! I was at Maple Grove visiting my friend's parents grave. My friend moved to Scotland and her parents died while she was there. She has never seen their headstone, so I was doing a personal request. At the last minute I decided to check my I-phone to see if there were any other requests for that cemetery. As I was wandering and looked at my phone, I saw your request. And when I looked up, just by chance, I happened to be standing right in front of it! That big headstone, Van Siclen caught my eye. I did not even have to look, I was literally in front of it as I was checking my phone for requests! That is a miracle. There must over a hundrend thousand graves in that cemetery and I happend to be right there when I looked up the requests. I will happily upload the rest of the family :)

|Cristina||James Van Siclen|
I just uploaded James Van Siclen, buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, New York, for you. It has been a long time since I have fulfilled a picture request and I just happened to be at the cemetery today, visiting a friend's grave. On my I phone, I decided to see if anyone had any requests for this cemetery. The name jumped out at me because while I was going through the names, I happened to be standing right in front of the Van Sicklen family headstone! And other names in the plot were Alice C. Van Siclen and A. James Van Sicklen. Did you make memorials for them, I took their pictures.

At this time, I do not think a document has surfaced to provide concrete evidence of the maiden name....always a family mystery.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for flowering ALL of my family inc. my furry family. And even Dolores, the murdered girl from our neighborhood. Each one of my memorials are dear to me and I deeply appreciate your kindness.
Have a great night!

Yes I saw different dates as well for Fannie. I will go get a pic of her headstone next weekend and add it to the memorial. I just added that note towards the end of the message just in case you didn't see it by some chance. I know family members and myself have come across different things during our search that the other hasn't. And dates are the trickiest part I think.

I just wanted to thank you for creating a record for the grave of a long-lost relative of mine. I live in Scotland and cannot afford a trip out to California (I hope to make it out there one day!) so it means a lot to see a photograph of Baird Seton's grave.
Very best wishes

Would you like to manage his memorial (and Ulysses and Adaline's?) They were transferred to me by a retiring graver and I am not related.
