Thanks so much for transferring memorial #53373433 to me. Martin Ross was my third great grandfather. I attached his photo to the memorial. I plan to visit the cemetery one day, in hopes that I will find his wife's grave.

|Mo Crawfish||Guest Family|
Hello there, I'm a descendant of Oscar W. Guest (Born about 1874 in Arkansas - died before 1900 in Arkansas) and Cora Gooch (19 Sept 1878 in McNairy County, TN - 15 May 1956 in Dardanelle, Arkansas). They were my great-great grandparents. Their daughter Ida Mae Guest was my great-grandmother, I have memories of her from when I was a young girl. I don't have very reliable information about Oscar Guest's family history and I'm hoping that you may have come across his name in your research.
Kind regards from your distant cousin,

i actually added a new picture today , and I do believe She died in 1913. I will look tomorrow and see if I can tell what the death date is. It is broken and has been cemented and came undone.

|Kitty Walker Lennard||Leach, Melinda Ann Hasseltine Hall 13952576|
I noticed You have a request for Melinda Ann Leach , who is listed as Melinda Ann Hasseltine Hall Leach.
I have a Hassie Leach # 13236130 , buried in same cemetery who was married to G.W. Leach.
The contributor who added Melinda Ann Leach also had a G.W. Leach in a cemetery abt 60 miles from Pell City , as well as a couple of Leach's who are buried in Texas.
I am wondering if this Hassie is actually Your Melinda Ann Hasseltine Hall Leach and that Hassie is her nickname. I have her listed as dying in 1918 , but I will go back and look at her monument again because it may actually be 1913.
If You have any info on Mrs. Leach , would You please let Me know ?

|Jeremiah Putnam||Vienna Candis Frost Newby Guest|
Claudia, my great grandmother was Vienna Candes Frost Newby Guest. I am wondering about the spelling of her name. My grandfather thought it was Vianie Candice Frost who married jeremiah Washington Newby. After Jeremiah died, Vianie married T.M. Guest (Thomas I think). I would love to know more about the Guest family which you indicate you have researched.

I have a birth date for Sarah of 1830. Could you tell me where you found the 1826 birth date? I'd like to add that citation to my references. Thanks very much. Pat Conwell

Thank you, Rex

How did you find out that Axie(Price)Jordan is buried in the Collins Cemetery? I had someone look for her marker and did not find one.

|Frances Allen Titsworth||Eva Suttles Dunn|
Hi there! I noticed that you added a death certificate for Eva Dunn. Are you kin and do you know anything about her sister, Ora Effie Suttles who married James A. Allen in Crawford County, AR? Ora and James were my greatgrandparents. John Ancil Allen was raised by Martha Suttles, the mother of Eva and Ora.

Can you contact Grove Hill cemetery and get the burial location for your request: 214-381-7118
Your request will get filled with the location information. The cemetery does not like to cooperate with findagrave volunteers.

|Connie ||D Coleman|
I have been posting pictures for Oak Hill Cemetery and have posted a memorial and picture of Capt. Daniel B Coleman. I'm not sure if this is the D. Coleman you are looking for or not. I am building memorials for all the graves in Oak Hill as time permits. If there is anyone else you are looking for let me know.

|James Coston||Slaughter family, Dawson Cem.|
A couple of years ago I did some "cemetery stomping" on a foto hunt for ya in a couple of cemeteries so when I saw U as the entrant for William & Florence Slaughter, I thought I'd give U a heads up in case they are relatives.
FYI: There are now fotos for your entries plus a couple of additions.

|Connie ||D.Coleman-Oak Hill|
I have been posting photos to the Oak Hill cemetery in Union Springs, Al and noticed that you have a photo request for D. Coleman.
I have created a memorial for Daniel B. Coleman if this is the person you are looking for.
There is a person who has created numerous memorials in this cemetery that only listed first initals and last names. Rather than try to contact this person to correct all of these I have created correct memorials.
I have photographed the entire cemetery and am posting pictures as time permits,so if you have other family members located in this cemetery you can either contact me with their names or keep checking back.
If I have created a memorial for a family member of yours please let me know and I will be happy to transfer.

I am happy to fill your request at Sparkman Hillcrest, but I will need a burial location in order to do so. They don't give findagrave volunteers burial locations but you could get one if you called on the phone at: 214 363 5401.
Let me know the location and I will go out there next week and fill it for you.

|Cora Stroud||Charles AlexanderDearing/ Deering|
I see you added my greatgrandfather's name for someone to take a picture of his headstone at Marysville, Tx. I visited that grave once several years ago and didn't find his gravestone, though I did find John and Nancy Dickie's stones. They are Sarah Hannah Dickie Dearing's parents but I had decided Charles and Sarah were perhaps burried in another cemetery. I am happy to see they are burried at Marysville. I hope someone does find their tombstones if they have one there but evidently the cemetery records list them in that cemetery if that is where the records in Find-A-Grave come from. I have known of mistakes being made on what cemetery people think their ancestor is buried in though. Please let me know if you have Dearing/Deering genealogy. I have some and can be reached at 575-359-1483.

|TLH||William McClellan photo request|
Hi, the volunteers are happy to fill your photo request, however we need a burial location in order to do so. The cemetery is very huge and is not very cooperative with the volunteers from findagrave.
Can you call them and get the burial location? The number is 972 238 7111. Once you get the burial location you can message me and I can make sure it gets added and that the photo request is filled ASAP.
