RE: Briggs graves
Your welcome. As a side note no one from my family came from the London area. My grandmother's family was from Staffordshire and even then I couldn't begin to tell you where they might be buried. But thanks for the offer and if I happen to come across any more of his stone carvings I'll be sure to photograph them for you.

Hello there, I obtained plot info for Gertrude Boone, and have been back to the cemetery. I are sorry to tell ya that Gertrude either doesn't have a headstone or isnt burried there. However, there are a James and Karen Boone in the plot that came up under Gertrude's name at the cemetery. I will post the photos that I have for them.

RE: Grave of Elizabeth Butler in Huntsville Cemetery
Hello AJ,

I was pleased to help you locate the grave of Elizabeth Butler. The last researcher was correct in that the headstone is very worn down; however I carry a hand held blacklight and that brings out the lettering.

You'll note that I left the inscription on the grave under the photo's caption. The only other information I have for you are the GPS coordinates:
N 40 04.274
W 085 04.547

I'm from the Southwest, so Indiana is a bit away from my usual path. The area around Huntsville and Modoc, Indiana was very picturesque.

Kind Regards,
Eddie

RE: Henry Hadley
I HAVE IT AND JUST HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT RECORDED YET, I WILL DO THAT NOW, AND THEN IF YOU WOULD LIKE COPIES OF THE ORIGINALS, PLEASE SEND ME A PERSONAL EMAIL TO gbetcher@netzero.net WITH HADLEY'S/FAIRMOUNT IN THE SUBJECT LINE, AND I'LL GET THEM TO YOU. I WILL ALSO ENTER IN HER HUBBY'S NAME AND INFO AS WELL. IF YOU FIND OUT THAT THAT IS HER AND THEN WOULD LIKE ME TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF THAT ENTRY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH DOING SO.

YOU ARE VERY WELCOME. SINCE YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE AT, CAN YOU TRY TO DO ME A FAVOR? IF YOU HAPPEN TO STUMBLE ACROSS ANY STROYAN STONES IN ANY CEMETERIES THAT YOU COME ACROSS, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME? MY MAIDEN NAME IS STROYAN, AND CAME FROM THERE....THANKS.

RE: Hicks family
Interestingly enough, I have no family in Evergreen, I just do it for others. However, I do have family from Brady's Bend and the surrounding communities; My families include the Hiles (also Hile, Heil, Heils), Imbody (Armstrong and Clarion County), and Snow to name a few. Anything there that rings a bell. They lived in that neck of the woods after 1800 and I still have Uncle Walt living up in the "hollars".

RE: William Henry Harris' memorial in Friends Village Cemetery
Love the cat!

There are very, very few headstones. Yes, that it the actual cemetery and it is fairly small. It is also very peaceful and quite lovely. Not sure, but I think that the Quakers there just did not do headstones. Think humility before God and that sort of thing. I have a relative buried there also--no marker. What I did do is put two pictures of the main marker up on the cemetery page so that each picture would show 1/2 of the marker. It is readable. Since you and a couple of other people asked for pics, I just redid the my original as custom for you. My pleasure.

Gramma Kathy
Rhoda St John
Trying to locate her grave, she is listed in Floral Lawns, South Beloit, Illinois.
However, there is no stone and their records indicate that she was moved to the Brodhead, Wisconsin area.

I have her full name as Rhoda C. Nelson St John, husband Raymond.

Her mother (Florence Josephine Bernauer Nelson) is buried in Calvary, Beloit, Wisconsin, alone with her dad Robert O. Nelson.

Still working on this, anything you think I might be missing, please let me know.
