RE: Thank You
My pleasure! I had wondered too if there was an office to find out which plots belonged to whom. I can do some checking this coming week. This was the first time I had been to this particular cemetery.

I also did not see all of the other headstones for other Aldersons. I wonder if they have broken since they were originally posted to findagrave. The only 3 (that I saw) were Aloda, Hannah, and the one that may be William's. Down the same row are painted white stones rather than headstones and I wonder if those are the other Alderson plots.

I do wish you luck and let me know if I can do further checking out there!

You are welcome. Yes, the glass made a clear image impossible. I was able to eliminate much of the glare, but this was a challenging task!

Dowlings in Memphis Memorial
Hello,
I just fulfilled your request for Harry Dowlings but as soon as I did I saw that you had added 2 other Dowlings when I returned home.
If you will call and get plot information from the cemetery, I am happy to go back and see if I can find those as well later this week

You're welcome Mark! And THANK YOU for providing the plot location! It makes finding/photographing much easier, especially in the Lowell Cemetery.

Best Regards,

He hacked into Forest Lawns website a few years ago and got 300k+ burial names and sites. She was probably buried under that name. We will get this for ya. James

RE: Thank You
Hey Mark, I will gladly do that. However, there was a marker on space 2. I will be going back on Sunday and let me double check what name is on it. I did read it at the time but I think it said a different name or I would have taken it seeing the similar name. If it is hers than I would like to get that for you. James

Oh my Mark, you picked two more that have no marker. They are in the same area considered "city" burials. That or they did not have the money to buy a marker. 30=% are unmarked in this section. James

Mark, His grave is in what is considered a "poppers grave". It is unmarked but I placed flowers on it and took a snap. This is the section that is sold to the City for folks found deceased w/o any family. James

It appears FindaGrave management has identified this as a famous memorial and invoked their rights to manage. All my privileges have been removed. In the burial information it has been identified as a cenotaph. Not sure what the rules are for famous memorials but maybe you could send an email to management to add your valuable information and photos. I think you can start at edit@findagrave.com .

Sorry Mark I don't know for sure . I assume McNulty is her maiden name. Look on the Hamilton county tn cemetery surveys, that is where the info came from.

RE: Virginia Reed
At the location you provided in the Mausoleum, there is a Maude Hendrix Reed with a death date of 1969 entombed. In the same crypt is an Emma D. Moffatt with the dates 1883-1980. Is Maude Hendrix Reed the same as Virginia Reed? I took the picture but wanted to make sure before I posted it. Please let me know. Thanks.
