Weinreich Adoptions Colorado

I have three cousins who were adopted by a Weinreich family in the 70's or 80's. I am curious if you have any connection to them or know who they might be.

RE: Donin Family
You'll probably think I'm crazy.

My particular project and area of research is the families of teachers and alumni of Satellite High School, Satellite Beach, Florida, going back to the first graduating class of 1963. Sadly, the first principal died in February of 1963 before the first class graduated. All of the teachers and former students receive a memorial photo tribute at our Facebook group, Scorps in Heaven.

I was researching Steven Forrest Donin (Class of 1980) last night, when I came across the obituaries and newspaper articles. I could tell that somebody related to the family had created the memorials, which is why I took the time to send you the additional information. I so enjoyed the cooking contest article.

Jennifer Goodland
Abraham Weiner (Golden Hill)
About Abraham Weiner: I believe this is likely to be the same person as Abe Winer (1893 - 1927) at Golden Hill plot E-006. His stone gives "Avraham Winer ben reb Zacharya haCohane" which is close enough to Sharya (father) and Kahn (mother). There is no Abraham Winer in the Jewish Consumptive Relief Society intake records. (He could be in the National Jewish records.)

I am running through all of the people buried on the Hill (the upper section of the cemetery) in preparation for a book. I have found a few cases where the initial burial had some mistakes on the stone and on the burial record itself. The cemetery wouldn't necessarily catch the error because there are other people buried under the name Winer in the main section.

With the changes to the edit feature, you can make the edits and then the memorial owner can accept them.

Please make your edits in this manner.

Thank you

RE: GIF Images
It's easy, I say that now after having messed with the site quite a bite.
First, you have to choose crop the pics you use to 300w x 450h by cropping the image.
Choosing the right pics is essential before you just let the site make a gif for you. There is still a 3 meg limit on Find A Grave pics.
The site will let you add 20 pics to a single gif, but they can't be too big to begin with. You have to have some experience with cropping images.
The site will ask you if you want it to cop. Choose the custom setting and all ready have you pics copped, then put the size in custom.
You have to experiment and learn yourself, but I'll answer any direct questions you have.

Start out with some pics you want to make a gif with, make a folder for them separate. Copy the files to that new folder. this way you can crop the pics without actually messing with the orginals. Crop them to the size they should appear on the gif. once the site makes the gif, it will ask you where to download it. Use the folder you just created
