I am doing some work on the Bass family and have found that this man's name is John R Bass. I will try and get you the numbers for his birth and death.
Thank you for posting him.
I did find his stone registration paper.
Death is registered as April 13, 1865 but not where he died

No problem! I've been meaning to get out to this cemetery for quite some time! I have more headstone pics to add as I get time. I was hoping to find Madison as well. He was born James Madison Hemings so I've been searching by that name as well. I'll let ya know what I find! Have a great weekend! :D

Please look at my photo of Sarah Bird in Eden Cemetery. Same headstone that you took a photo of, but the dates you show are much differen. Check out the memorial page I set up for Sarah Bird Find A Grave Memorial# 137354499

Thanks! I'm doing research on this and found a 1870 US Census for Huntington Township with her on it and believe her to be the granddaughter of Sally Hemings and Thomas Jefferson. If you have any further info I'd be interested in what you have. I think Madison and Mary, her parents might be buried in this same cemetery.

I'm not positive, as I can't read the full "aged" portion, but it does definitely say he was born in 1840 and was aged 42 years and what looks like five months. So 1798 should be right.

Stanley Ray Carter memorial #52150593
Hi!

I just found the memorial you created for Stanley Ray Carter and wanted to know if, by any chance, you know any of his relatives.

Last night I found a memorial for his baby son born in Puerto Rico in 1958, but that, according to my research, was disinterred and his burial site is unknown. I'm also trying to find his mother.

You created a beautiful memorial for him!

Leilani

Jesse King #31791626
Hello. Wondering if you are related to this gentleman? His daughter, Harriett Amanda, is my great-great grandmother via the Waugh line. My grandmothers name was Rachel Amanda Waugh.
I have a question. Recently I found Ohio Death and Burials, 1854-1997, shows on GS film 317663, pg 142-143, that his date if death is actually 26 February, 1882. Wonder if the stone carver got the wrong information. No matter really, but it is a curiosity.
Thank you for adding his memorial. A couple years ago I hade the pleasure of visiting King Chapel cemetery--the thrill of that year for me. I need to go back. It is a good feeling trodding the same soil that my ancestors walked on. Sincerely, Arizona Kid (46520230) aka Jim

RE: Adam Hineman
Do you have an email I can send pictures to you in hopes that you maybe able to verify who I think they are? I'm just starting on his side of the family, It's kind of overwhelming with the photos with out names. Did John and Jane Lyons have more than two kids, because I'm having trouble locating census for John and Jane? I think possibly also had a child name Lloyd Hineman? I also have to memorial cards from funerals for Zora Mae Hineman and David Lynn Hineman.
