Rachelle Murray
Jauneta Smith
Buckhorn Waterford Cemetery in Jackson County, Iowa I was wondering when you took the pictures of her grave was there any indication that there might be somebody else buried with her and Gene. Family records indicate that my late brother and sister in law were buried at Jauneta's feet. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Charles/Charley Schanbeck
I had a bit of a search just to find contact information for this cemetery, but I have contacted the cemetery people and e-mailed them the information on the graves yesterday. I am hoping that the records will resolve the concern. When I hear something back from them, I will share it with you. Let's wait to contact Find A Grave until we hear what they find.
Are you a relative of this family?
Thank you for your help!
:) Renae

Teresa Elizabeth Hammermeister gravestone
May I have your permission to download the photo of the gravestone of Teresa Elizabeth Hammermeister? I would like to upload it into my Ancestry family tree. She was an aunt of my aunt Doris (Briskey) Foster. Lovely photo!!
Thank you for your consideration.

Many Thanks for Alford Memorial Transfers
Dear Nan,
Recently our mutual friend, Jenny Dunn, transferred maintenance of a few family memorial pages that you and your husband had originally created. I wanted to personally thank you and express gratitude for your work and dedication to the Find-a-Grave mission of documenting grave sites and making this information available. Since I now live so far away from land of my grandfathers, it gives me great pleasure to see their markers, and then link the families together. I trust that other cousins will find value in knowing who belongs to who. Thank you for all you do on behalf of our ancestors.

RE: Fred Alford
Hi Ladybug,

I would LOVE to take care of our little Baby Fred.

I also have thoughts about what will become of my genalogy info when I'm gone....even more so lately. I think my words fall on deaf ears. I have a note in with my important papers.

Finding your site also had my thoughts turning that way.

All I know for sure is when hurricane season is here I wonder how fast I can grab my pictures and papers..hee hee..some evacuation kit!

Dear Nan:

I'm sorry for the passing of your husband Bob, I just now noticed your bio. Here's a HUG for you!!

Yes, I would enjoy managing the site of Vera L. (Calvert) Underwood 27054598. She is my 3rd cousin, 1X removed.

Thanks, and many blessings to you!

Dean and Lynda Martin
RE: Duane M. Martin
Duane is Dean's father. Most all of the Martin's in that cemetery are related to us somehow. We take 29 real flower arrangements to that cemetery each memorial day weekend. Thank you for taking the picture that you did.

If I remember right you took a picture of what is considered the main cemetery entrance. To the left is the Protestant and to the right is the Community (Catholic) Cemetery.

I have not requested any transfers yet, so not familiar with proper procedure on how to do that.
That would be nice to have transferred. Thank you.

Best regards,

Multiple Memorials
Hello Nancy,
I have a question..
I have come across several relative memorials that someone else apparently recreated that I or someone else already had. It appears that this contributor is no longer a member for whatever reason.
In some cases there are 3 memorials for the same person.
Who do I contact to have the duplicates deleted?
Thank you,
Leo Offerman

Emma and Maud Athey
I was sorry to hear of your loss, I have been in that position and know how it feels. I hope these days you are doing better.
I ran across Emma E. Cavin-Athey and Maud Athey in you photo's on this site. Although I have been researching for years on the Lochridge side of my family (which is my mother's side) I was looking through the Washington Digital Archives and found a Mattie Athey married to Oren Thomas Lochridge. Mattie had been married to Albert Guthrey Athey abt. 1887 in OR. Maud was their child according to the 1900 census of Moxee, Yakima Co. WA. Albert had a brother by the name of Edward M. Athey b. 1874 also with them in that census. I didn't think I would find much on this family and then I came across your photo of Emma and Maud in Tahoma Cemetery in Yakima, Wa. I would love to be able to put this in with their family files just so I know where Maud is at and or where she is buried. Albert must have divorced Mattie (his first wife)abt. 1901-1902 sometime. Both of them remarry to other people later on.
Thanks for posting their final resting place!
