Minnie V Perry
Hello,
I thought to give some info. Minnie was burried first in the Ohio Ridge Cemetery. Most if not all the graves were moved when the area around the cemetery was annexted to Camp Atterbury around WWII. Her daughter Pearl M. (Cox)Williams was also burried there. I do not at this time know where or if she was moved.

One of your Cousins,

Jeff Young

RE: anna burt
Oh my....that certainly would be a horrific death. Thanks for sharing the information. Makes it kind of special to know something about a persons grave that I visit.
I did not see a death date on her husbands portion of the stone. Was he buried there also or did he end up somewhere else?

The above link has a case listed in a book of reported cases argued in the supreme court. It appears to be a land dispute in which Desdemona and her husband Jacob are concerned.

I am hoping to visit the cemetery this week and will look for the grave site.

Nathaniel Chesley
He Was born Sept.23 1806 in Danville Township, Caledonia Co., Vermont. He died on Feb 8, 1878 in Fort Dodge, Webster Co., Iowa. Camilla could you correct his death place to Fort Dodge, Webster County, Iowa rather then showing he died in Falls City, Richardson County, Nebraska.
Thanks

Nathaniel Chesley
I believe the information that Nathaniel Chesley my gr gr grandfather is buried in the Steele Cemetery in Fall City, Nebraska is incorrect. He is buried in the Oakland Cemetery, Fort Dodge, Webster Co., Iowa on Lot 43 in Section I. However it is correct that his wife Phebe Parrish Chesley is buried in the Steele Cemetery in Fall City, Nebraska. Burial permit #78. She was buried in Section 3, block B on May 1 1892. There is no marker for her grave. Camilla Pierce could you recheck your records as to why you feel Nathaniel Chesley is buried in Fall City, Nebraska and if possible try to correct that information.
Thank you so much for all your work, it is deeply appreciated.

Garland Brook Cemetery Requests
I work very near Garland Brook Cemetery and would be very happy to fulfil your photo requests if you could at least provide a section number....would prefer plot number as well, but I'll take what I can get. Garland Brook is HUGE! The office number is 812-376-6375.

You are welcome! Just glad he was one of the stones that you could still read. Doesn't show up real good in the photo.. so if you click on the picture I did post what is written on the stone. :-)
