I meant to send you a note about the death date not being on there yet but had already sent the picture. If I remember, I will try to keep an eye out for the update.

RE: Trenton MO
Glad to hear that. I always say it is a very small world when you do genealogy. My friends tell me I have more cousins than Carter has pills.

RE: Union Chapel Cemetery
Sorry I do not live near this cemetery. I made memorials based on the cemetery records. According to them I don't show John or Mary being buried there.

Thank you

I have an obituary and the photo of Collins McLaughlin if you will send me your email address. That way I can send you the items so you can download them.
Please advise, Jack W. McLaughlin

Mount Moriah Photo Requests
You might consider contacting the cemetery office to get the Block and Lot numbers for the grave. There are over 100 requests...far too many for the few volunteers to research. Thanks

Hi David,

Not sure who Talcott or Horace are. We haven't gotten very far on my husbands side of the tree as it were.

Always happy to hear how it all fits though so if you care to elaborate, I'm glad to learn.

Rosa's photos
I tried to 'block' the photo taken by Caryn Hood, and wound up blocking all three - I don't know how to undo this, but will work on finding out.

The only way I know how to do this is to delete the entire memorial and rebuild it without the photo not wanted.

As soon as the weather clears up here, I'll plan a trip over there to look. It is only a mile away so it is no problem.

Rev Larry Wilcox and family
I am not doing transfers at this time. Having said that, I transferred the three Wilcoxs to you per your request as I understand your desire to maintain them for their son. I also have a few memorials that I maintain and will not transfer as they were my grandmothers best friends. (Unless direct family requests)

Faye Stamper Rorebeck
I'm sure you know this from our last conversation that Faye Stamper Rorebeck's Legal name at birth was:

Lela Faye Stamper

She was my husband's grandmother and she always went by the name of Faye.

Donna Hasbrouck
Hi David~

I've known for a long time that our extended families left together from Suffield, Connecticut to Broome County, New York and formed a sizable group. I've wondered for a long time about what the circumstances were for them to make such a move.

I came across this gem 'Annals of Castle Creek, N.Y., and vicinity, together with genealogies of some of the early families.' It all started with Sylvanus Phelps. He used to trek from Suffield to Castle Creek to hunt - I can't imagine! He made a sizable land purchase. He died shortly after one of his returns to Suffield. Later on his surviving brother, Apollos, distributed the land holdings. It's a fascinating account.

RE: Mary Louise Francis
No I didn't know her, but I live in Austin and thought I could find her obituary easily. I did find it, but it didn't give more information. The funeral home might be able to if you contacted them.
