You are most welcome. Glad I was able to get the photo for you; however I can't take credit for the hospital page. It was put on by Wade Davis...

Thankyou so much for the photo of Darby Murphy's headstone.
I'm confused about his birth year. Some records indicate he was born in 1729, Some indicate 1740.

I have added photos for everyone in the lot.
Sec D Lot 101
Space 1 infant Oldham d1881 no marker
Space 2 Denby d1893 no marker
Space 3 Elizabeth Orr d1869
Space 4 Richard Orr d1871
Space 5 Miriam Burke d1970

Space 7 Carrie Oldham d1930
Space 8 Calista Oldham int 1811

I don't think that Calista's interment date is correct since the cemetery did not come into existence until about the 1850s

Skip, thanks for letting me know about the headstone picture on that memorial. I would had never known it was wrong, you can't read it. I can't remove the photo because I didn't add it. A volunteer add it and she has to remove it. I will send here a note but I'm sure she'll feel she has the right pic. Please go ahead and post the pic so other will have the right headstone pic on there and I will put a note on the memorial about the wrong headstone.

I posted your quote on his memorial. It seems that more research is needed to come up with precise year of birth. Also, the year of discovery of the stone doesn't match. The Medford or Burlington County Historical Society may have more accurate info.

|Reita Burress||Rebecca Dille|
thank you so much for the tombstone photo but I'm not sure this is the correct Rebecca Dille. My Rebecca Haywood Dille married Richard Dille in 1802 in Belmont Co., OH. Squire Dille was a brother to Richard. I can't find any info Richard after 1820 so Richard could have died and then Rebecca married his brother. Thanks

Cemetery changed. Name of cemetery on Find A Grave is Key Cemetery not Bethel. You might want to have Terry delete his/her memorial for John as mine was created earlier. Thanks for the info.

|Barbara (Johnson) Hustwit||Thomas Johnson|
Thanks for adding the death year to Thomas Johnson's information at Buchanan Hill Cemetery (Marshall County, WV). I am his great-granddaughter and could add information as it comes to me. I will try to add information on his son (William John Johnson), who is buried there, too, and two of his daughters (Minerva Johnson Powell) and Helen Johnson Yoho Gamble), who are buried there as well.
I am new to this, so it might take me some time to figure out how to add/correct info.

|FamTreeHunter||RE: Dermott photo|
You're Very Welcome.
There are lines of mine (these fam.'s track back to VA/WV) of mine that connect to Giffin, Griffith & McDermott ppl (but not Dermott that I know of other than as below) but none of them are GPs of mine & I don't know if these ppl connect to you...other than...
I'm connected to Evans & Stewart ppl which connect to you by Evans Dermott's wife, Sarah Jane Stewart whose Paternal GM was an Evans.
BTW, I so suspect that somehow the Dermott's are connected to the Evans fam. in some other manner b/c it's unusual that somebody would have the 1st name of "EVANS" as opposed to just EVAN but the Evans line is complicated & there are "missing pieces".
Note: I also posted a photo of the marker for Wm.'s wife, Eliza, & for Evan & Sarah Dermott & have other pix from Chestnut & will post them when I get a chance but I have a lot of "pots brewing" & only so much time. :)

|Evelyn Linger Thorn||Abraham Gray|
Thank you for the message about the name of the cemetery (Captiva or Captina). I did not set this cemetery up so I can't change it. I did look for Benson and Benson Hill and could find no cemetery with that name. The only Captina I found was one in Monroe County, Ohio and Captina African Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio. Neither are the correct cemetery and Captiva was the only other one I found. The history I have collected tells us that Abraham died in the winter months and was buried on John Gray's farm located in Wayne Township, Belmont County, Ohio. His remains were moved due to coal digging, to the cemetery nearest to where they were digging. The cemetery was a Quaker Cemetery, then known as the Old Brown's Cemetery. Thank you for your help.
