I just got your email. Yes you can transfer all of them to me. I am related to a majority of the people buried there and would be proud to take over all the memorials. Thanks for doing this.

|J B||Isaac Pool (buried Dighton, MA)|
Thank you for the additional date and place information as well as the parent links for young Isaac.
Interesting that this Pool family and my ancestral Gooding family both moved from Dighton, MA to Bristol, NY at about the same time and are buried in the same cemetery there and before they left their son, the young Isaac Pool, was buried in the Gooding cemetery in Dighton, MA. I will have to see if I can find any other connections of Pool and Gooding other than Elishabeth Pool who married my 6th great-granduncle Josiah Richmond. (Josiah's sister, Abigail Richmond, was my 6th great-grandmother and she married Matthew Gooding.) -Judi

|Sue Butterfield Picard||RE: Burditt Family in Eau Claire|
Andrew there is a death record in Palouse, Whitman, WA for a Mary Jane Burditt d. 9 Apr 1915. The only discrepancy is her father's name is given as O'Brien. I found that she had a son, Allen who lived in WA state until his death in 1932. (His death record is also listed with parents names) Hope this helps.

|Cathy and Tim Sheffler||James & Bertha Walker / Prospect Hill|
Hi, I searched Prospect Hill cemetery for these names but didn't find anything. Subsequently I found a detailed listing at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~palackaw/cemeteries/PropectHillCemetery.html
Based on this, James and Bertha should be in the same lot as Mark and Mary. There are no additional markers in this area, but there is some extra space. I got distracted (partly in a search for my dog) so I neglected to take pictures of the spot. Once I get back there, I'll get some photos and post them, but there won't be any stones for James and Bertha.

Speedy reply... THANKS!
I've been digging roots for about 38 years and thought I'd died and gone to heaven when the digital cameras came out, except for the COST. I know how the sun can play havoc with the shadows on tombstone pics. I've had to return to cemeteries more than once to retake what turned out to be a faulty shots and the newer cameras do a much better job than the earlier ones too.
THANKS AGAIN for all your efforts !
Gravers are a breed of their own !!
BLESS you & yours !!

|Eugene Brown||Lt Robert B Lawrence|
I was helping clean up at Linney Cemetery this weekend for Memorial Day. I saw Lt. Lawrence's headstone and started looking up any info on him and where he served. I came across this site which has info on his mission when he was KIA. Click on the macr link and you can view the reports of his mission that day. http://www.301bg.com/Lawrence_Robert_L4691_301BG.cfm
I e-mailed the site with his link to find a grave and they uploaded the pictures to his bio.
